Chris, Junior and Freddie are not HVAC guys they are conmen. Chris quoted me $16,580 for a 6 head Mitsubishi Mini split system. This wasn’t the cheap price but right in the middle of all the bids I got so there is no excuse but greed and laziness for it not to be done right. Cost to fix the problems he caused $7,375! It's only been 4 months! We signed a contract for a 2-3 day job September 25 he showed up the next week and said he could get permits in a day. He dropped off all the supplies and his ladders and other things in my yard. I didn’t see him again until November 19. Chris and his 3 man crew would show up intermitmalty it took him until January 13 almost 2 months to complete the 2-3 day job. If I wasn’t home they would be eating at my kitchen island leaving a huge mess, one day I had chicken wing bones all over the floor another something was stuck in my garbage disposal. They made themselves at home. They were terrible but I tried to just get through it hoping I would never see them again. Since they have finished my system failed twice, all of the line hide is falling off the house and I have water leaking on my third floor. Chris first tried, after I told him not to, to put gutter straps all over my house to hold the system on. It's an engineered product. If Chris had installed it right to expand and contract with heat and cold it would be fine. Chris then blamed the manufacturer and said he would replace everything. Today he sent his son over with one section of line hide, told him not to fix the leak and not fix the underlying problem just slap it back on. His son Chris Junior told me today that's all they are fixing and he was contacting his attorney if I didn’t like it. I could go through the lawyer. I threw them off my property and have contacted an attorney and MHIC. Two other reputable HVAC companies have come out before today to detail and confirm all of the workmanship issues I have had with Chris’s work. The cost to fix it is $7,375!!! It was a $16,580 job, almost 50%. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of these conmen. It's probably more efficient to pile your money up and burn it to keep warm in the winter than hire Robertson. Chris has totally gone on the run hiding saying his lawyer will handle things, a lawyer that doesn’t exist. Total crooks!

Excellent. We have utilized their services for a/c maintenance for many years. When our units needed replacing, we got a few estimates and ultimately selected them. Their estimate was prompt and reasonable. The units they recommended are excellent and we were very pleased with the professional work they did. We would not hesitate to call them again.

THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND THEY RESPONDED IN A TIMELY MANNER WHEN I COULD NOT GET ANOTHER COMPANY TO COME OUT QUICKLY. I HAD THEM COME OUT TWICE AND THEY RESPONDED RIGHT AWAY. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL.

OUR EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY WAS EXCELLENT. THEY DID JUST WHAT WAS REQUESTED. THE PROJECT WAS COMPLETE IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER AS WELL. THE PRICE WAS GREAT.
