+ -1 moreI decided not to put money into the 20+-year-old unit, so I asked them to price a replacement with plans to get a second bid. I've recently installed a couple new units in other properties and felt the price given by this contractor was what I'd hoped to get. They completely handled the whole replacement situation for me including coordinating with the tenant. I didn't have to do anything. I felt I got a fair price and, the thing that made me most happy, great service.

+ -1 moreSines and Sons came out promptly and worked with Trane on the warranty repair paperwork. The technician was able to fix the problem within an hour. Everybody that i dealt with was very courteous and they got our A/C up and running when the original installer could not!
Description of Work: Trane recommended Sines & Sons for a warranty repair on a system installed by another contractor. We were having issues getting a resolution from the other contractor and Trane wanted a second opinion.

+ -1 moreJeff ,who does the maintenance check and he is very professional and polite. The one year I did not have a contract the attic system overflowed through the ceilings and closets. I have kept the contract active since that time and have had no problems. The continued maintenance is an absolute necessity for peace of mind and to protect your home.
Description of Work: 18 years ago Sines and Sons installed a Trane heat pump system in my home to replace baseboard heat and window ACs. Since that time I have had a maintenance contract with them. Twice a year Jeff, who is the technician who does the maintenance turns the heat on to a high level and then the AC to a low level. Usually he checks the distribution system as one year racoons ate into the vents creating a major mess.. Jeff checks for leaks in ther system and replaces the filter.

+ -1 moreSines and Sons came out twice and said the A/C was working fine. At the time it was working but we said it would fail in the PM. The temp rises up to 10 degrees above the setting. They said the unit may be to big. We have had this unit for 6 years and it seemed to not have a problem even on hot day like today. There will not be a third time.
Description of Work: My A/C was not working properly in the afternoon with the Temp. rising into the mid 80's. Sines and Sons came out twice and said it was working.
