Description of Work: Very quick response and very professional while working. Rick, made sure I was happy with the job before he left. He exceeded my expectations when the job was finished. He goes out of his way to make sure everything is right before he leaves. For reference, he did two jobs for me over the years. One was redoing all of my piping which brought the water into the house (my old stuff was really corroded), and while he did so he noticed that our water heater was connected backwards (hot outtake had cold intake, and cold intake was on the hot outtake to the house). Needless to say, this is why we didn't use the last plumber who did the water heater. The 2nd job they did for us was supplying a water source to our new refrigerator. Our first refrigerator that has a water and an ice-maker.
