 + -1 moreTheir billing process does not exist. I don't know how they make any money. I have to put a check in their hand whenever they come to mow the lawn, because they never bill me. I wonder how many years they would cut my lawn for free.
Description of Work: LTR does very good work. Cut, trim and clean up are done well.

 + -1 moreThe service was carried out through the season. The work was very good. However, the billing was terrible. I called several times about the bill, and never got an answer. Only when I mentioned that I would not use their services again did the manager call me. They need some help with their financial problems.
