Les Chapin performed the work with a small crew and did an excellent job. We had a problem communicating with Mr. Chapin to schedule the work. We were advised in August that we needed a new liner and should have it installed before too much time passed since the water was draining in our pool and it was subject to collapse. We tried to schedule the work ASAP by returning the down payment of half the estimate and noting which days were better for us. However, we did not get a scheduling call. We started placing calls and did not get return calls. Meantime, the check cleared. Finally, my husband wrote e-mail to Mr. Chapin with a digital copy of the cleared check, expressing our concern. Mr. Chapin wrote back within 2 business days and told us he had not received any of our phone messages. This was irritating since, even if true... he had not attempted to contact us to schedule the work even though we had sent both of our phone numbers with the check that he cashed. Given these problems, we had some misgivings but scheduled the work anyway. His crew came on December 13th and replaced the liner within a few hours. I greatly appreciated that they were willing and able to work in the cold and so close to the holidays, so all is forgiven with the unreturned calls, and we are very happy with the work. I would advise that if considering using this service, use all communication avenues possible including e-mail if necessary.

Everything went very well. Les Chapin gave us great confidence right from the start and his bid was very competitive. The job was tricky because they had to replace 20-year old plumbing and skimmers. The company owner also hooked us up very quickly with someone to dig up the old cement decking and replace it afterwards.
