They did a good job and they planted some aphrodite and they died and they replaced them for free. I get top soil from them and mulch like that. I have them delivered bulk. I have bought some potted plant and stuff from them. They are pretty good. They are not the cheapest but they are not the most expensive. They did respond well.
Description of Work: They planted some trees and some shrubbery and stuff like that.

They came out and cut a hole in the ceiling and found the problem. They partially fixed the problem but had to come outat another time to completely fix the problem. Long story short....they came out 4 times...I got charged the $50 service fee every single time ontop of the $49 an hour rate. There were many instances where they never showed and never called. I ALWAYS had to call them to inquire about why they didn't show up. The excuses were always different. They forgot to write it on the board, they got busy ect. They manager/owenr said i was so patient that he would give me a discount or waite one of the fees. That never happened. The project is still not complete. They put in new drywall and patched it but never finished sanding and blending so my ceiling looks awful. I even told them i wasn't worried about proce but getting it done right. I called and sent 2-3 emails about them finsihing the project and never received a response. I will never use them again and would not recommend them. They are nice when you talk to them on the phone and when they are at your house but they are too booked to provide quality and timely service.
Description of Work: I had a leak in my kitchen ceiling and I thoguht it mightbe coming from the upstairs bathroom so I called Arnold Handyman (Arnold Farms). They were able to come out the next day.

They were able to fit us in last minute, the young man who came out to our house was very friendly, knowledgable about the issue, and had it fixed and working in 20 minutes. For these type of handyman tasks that I cannot do myself I would absoutely use them again.
Description of Work: Our Christmas lights were causing the circuit to trip and all the lights to go out. Called for handyman services to figure out what was wrong and how to fix it so that the lights would stay on. I sent an inquiry email on their website and Walt called me to schedule.

I
Description of Work: I hired Arnold Farms landscaping service to do some end of the season weeding and trimming. I also requested a tree removal. The person who took my order said it was up to the worker as to whether he could take down the tree. After arriving 30 minutes late, Smiley came and we discussed the job. He said the tree would not be a problem. I left for work and when I returned the wedding was partially finished and the tree had not been removed. I called Arnold Farms and was told Smiley decided not to remove the tree, despite having told be the opposite several hours earlier. I asked to be rescheduled for the tree removal. I called three separate occasions, but no one could help me and the person who was supposed to return my call never did. I eventually gave up The ads in front of the store advertises $29/hr. However, later I discovered there is a $50 "job set up fee" per job in addition to the hourly rate. I was also told if they returned to remove the tree, there would be another $50 job fee!

We saw a sign outside Arnold farms that said they did $30 an hour yard clean up. We contacted them on or about March 26. After speaking with Walt, who seems to be in charge of their hand man services, we were told to expect someone to come out and take a look at our job in the next day or two. Two days later I contacted them again, and found out that our information was not in their system (Spoke to Ron). Ron again put me in touch with Walt who acted like he never talked with me. We set up an appointment for April 6th. On March 31st (1 week prior to our appointment) a handy man apparently showed up. No one was home because we were not expecting anyone. On April 4th we had a family emergency. I called Walt that evening and apologized for having to cancel. I told him we would reschedule with him in the near future. On April 6th the handy man again arrives to find an empty house. Apparently no one told him we had canceled. On April 13th my wife made one last try, and they told here they could come out that day. She waited around for about 4 hours before they called and asked her to go take some measurements relating to the job (having a tree removed). When she gave them the numbers, they told here the price we had received previously was too low, and it would be almost twice as much. She told them she just needed to confirm with me, and in about 5-10 minutes called them back to tell them to come out. They had already taken another job in the interim. My wife pressed them, and they told her that if it wasn't an emergency they would just come out tomorrow. She scheduled a 9:30am appointment for April 14th. Again, all scheduling was done with Walt. On April 14th at 10am I contacted Arnold farms to find out where the promised handyman was. We were then told in no uncertain terms that the handy man would not be coming because they had "already been to the house 3 times and no one was home." They then recommended I take my business elsewhere. In an objective sense, it appears that Walt does not write down anything that is discussed with him, resulting in people showing up when they shouldn't, and not showing up when they should. Regardless of whose fault the miscommunications were, I found it unacceptable that we were told to take our business elsewhere 30 minutes after a handy man was supposed to be there to do the project. I will not be returning to this business.
Description of Work: No service was ever performed due to an inability to properly schedule appointments and keep track of even basic information.
