This company is exceptional in service, professionalism, and workmanship. My windows never looked better. I highly recommend them and will have them back when my windows need another cleaning. There was a minor mishap caused by a ladder slipping. I got an estimate for the repair and I received a check from them in a timely manner....no questions asked. I am very satisfied with all aspects of their service and responsiveness.

Well done with minimal disruption. Came on time and explained what he would do and left on time. Windows are sparkling. Screens are clean. Some screens still have a bit of residue but does not impact overall look. Would recommend services to anyone who wants clean windows in quick order.

Adwell Services had previously pressure washed my house and cleaned out (and cleaned) the gutters. On a Friday around noon, I called Adwell Services to schedule window washing, hoping it could be done the next week. I planned on using their $149 for 15 windows cleaning and screen brushing coupon. The answering service connected me to Matt right away. Matt said he actually had an employee that was finishing up early and if it fit in with my schedule, the employee could come the same afternoon. That was perfect for me. Kuwan had done the previous pressure washing and gutter cleaning and I was pleased he would be returning. Kuwan did a FANTASTIC job cleaning my windows. They sparkle! He took care to make sure they were perfectly clean. It is so refreshing to meet a young man that wants to provide excellent service, has a great customer service attitude, and is a pleasant person with whom to communicate. As I've completely renovated my home recently, I've dealt with numerous contractors. Adwell Services is definitely one contractor who will be returning!

Use self drying solution which did not require drying the windows.

Matt did an excellent wash on our three story house . He really has good equipment and really tries to please his customers. It is also a soft pressure wash which is great. Anyone would be very happy with his craftsmanship and his willingness to please. We give an excellent recommendation at our Heritage Harbour office neighborhood..

We have used Matt several times, but it was only this year that I discovered he was on Angie's List. We originally hired him when a neighbor referred us. He arrived on time, as usual. He and his helper got right to work, pretty much top to bottom did all windows including those on the garage door and the ones in the basement. I hardly knew they were here! Windows are sparkling clean! I gave him an A on price but I don't know how he compares with other similar service providers. That said, he is great to work with, responds promptly to all queries, is very comfortable doing business in email. So for me, the price is worth all of this.

The scheduled day the worker showed up on time. Unfortunately the power washer broke so we had to reschedule for 9 days later. They called the rescheduled Saturday, explaining they would be a 1/2 hour late -- no problem for me and I appreciated the call. The worker, Kwan, did a great job cleaning the gutters which were filled with oak "beards". He also took a long-handled brush to scrub the front of the gutters which had been really dirty. In addition, he power washed the house. It looks amazingly better. Kwan asked me to see if I was satisfied before he left; we walked around the house together and he touched up a couple of areas. I will hire them again because their ratings and comments were superior; their price was the best - I was able to use their coupon for $250 credit at the cost of $199; they did a wonderful job; Kwan was very courteous and was interested in my satisfaction with the job.

Matt and an associate came out to pressure wash the exterior of my house. Matt was very responsive and patient in the planning phase and very friendly and professional at all times. The work was performed as expected. I graded a B in punctuality as they arrived at the tail end of a four hour window. Had they come any earlier, I would not have been at home and would have had no idea. Not really an issue.

Matt and his team were very professional and extremely when working inside our home. The way they treated our home really stands out when compared to a lot of service providers we have used in the past. They were punctual and worked through the entire day until the task was complete, even doing some additional work for us which was not planned at the time that we got an estimate.

Windows and door are sparkling. The two person team that arrived was very professional. One of the gentleman explain the process and immediately went to work. They took time to inspect their work after each window. My husband came home and immediately notice the windows were clean. Throughout the evening he continue to say what a great job. I will definitely use in the future for other services and recommend to family and friends.

Very meticulous; exceptional detail to tracts and small areas of the window; left no water stains or blotches on the windows; used lower psi when cleaning the siding; helped restore furniture after window cleaning.

They were on time, polite, respectful of my home, and left the windows shining.

Matt and his brother were professional, punctual, fairly priced and did an amazing job. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the crew, their vehicle, equiptment and the way they kept the job site. I am rehabing this waterfront town home and the windows were not touched in 30 years. Now they look like new. The "green" siding is now sparkling grey. The brick porch and steps also look great. I highly recommend them.

Upon my initial call I was able to speak to Matt himself to describe what we needed done. He said he couldn't get out for the estimate for a couple of days, but then we got an estimate by email right on time a few days later. He returned our calls promptly to answer questions, followed up on his estimate by email, and scheduled the job for us by email for the following week. He then confirmed the appointment again a couple of days prior to coming and showed up right on time the day of the work. He did an excellent job of cleaning the wood, taking more time than I think he figured, and was very thorough. I really couldn't find a spot he missed even with many wood spokes in our railings! I would not hesitate to recommend this company for any kind of cleaning because Matt really works hard and his desire to satisfy the customer really shows. I've been a sub-contractor for 30 years, so we know the value of good customer service...and we have to say that Adwell Services displays the highest standard of professionalism.

I was very impressed by my experience with Adwell. I worked with Matt, the owner, who is about as friendly and professional a person as you could meet. He did a great job on the windows, thoroughly cleaning the glass as well as the adjacent areas (e.g., sills, frames).. He also handled my old vinyl windows (which are very difficult to open and close) without a hitch. Although I received a discount through a Big Deal offer, Matt provided me with a quote for the next cleaning at the normal price, which was very reasonable. As an added benefit, he used a specialized device to clean the exterior windows that used purified water instead of chemicals; it was effective and environmentally friendly. Will definitely use Adwell again.
