+ -1 moreAs stated above, I needed someone trustworthy to identify the issues I was having with my laptop. I emailed Dennis and within 30 minutes of his receiving my request, he contacted me. We discussed how to get my laptop to him and I agreed to deliver it, however, he was very willing to meet me or make arrangements that were convenient for me. I delivered the computer to him on a Thursday and by Friday morning he identified the problem. My hard drive was getting ready to crash. The fix was to install a new hard drive and transfer my files from the old hard drive to the new hard drive. The cost for his time and materials was only $130. I couldn't purchase a new laptop for that price. I was able to pick up my computer Monday morning and oh, by the way, it was a holiday weekend! And since I have had my computer home, I have had some minor questions, which Dennis was able to address remotely with me at no additional charge. Dennis is professional and trustworthy! I have some sensitive information on my computer and I didn't trust to take it to just anyone. He came highly recommended and I am so glad I found him. No one else will work on my computer!
Description of Work: OMG...this provider is fabulous! My computer was running slow and studdering. Dennis diagnosed my problem, gave me a quote as to the fix, and replaced the hard drive and transferred all my files from the old hard drive to the new hard drive.
