We hired twinkle time cleaning for some post Covid deep cleaning. They did an outstanding job, and were a pleasure to work with. We look forward to having them clean on a regular basis.

On their first visit, I was surprised by an additional charge since they decided it was dirtier than they expected, even though they had very recently done a walk through. I should have known then that they were a business that should not be trusted. They came 2 weeks later as expected, had a different crew and rushed through the cleaning. When I asked the owner if this was expected, I was told that they were dropping me. I guessed they had figured that they had ripped me off as much as they could. I have since found more reputable service. Hire them at your own risk.

We have just started using the service. Very pleased with our initial experience. Marta is very easy to communicate with and responsive to questions. I expect this to be a long-term business relationship.
