That was excellent.

His name says it all - superior! He came to my home the same day I called. I was surprised that he did not use a vacuum cup that others have used before on my windshield. Rather, he tapped on the crack to make sure it was freshly opened and applied a sealant Puff, the crack was gone! Whatever he uses is far "superior" to the compound others have used. There is another repaired crack on the same windshield and it is visible but not growing; his is invisible. I like supporting independent businessmen. The service was friendly, prompt and reasonably priced. I strongly recommend him and will definitely use him again if I have another windshield crack.

It was a good experience. They showed up on time. They told me exactly what was going to happen and how long it was going to take and what to do, and they did it. I have no problems recommending Superior Windshield Repair for somebody else. The fact that they showed up on time and were so organized stood out for me and they replaced the windshield right there in the street before the house. Their price was excellent; I expected to pay much more.

In too much of a hurry, I attempted to back out of my garage before the door was all the way up and broke the back window of my Honda Odyssey. I called Superior the same day it happened, the owner returned my call within a couple hours and was very willing to be flexible with my schedule and set an appointment for first thing the following Saturday morning to make the repair. I discovered that I was the only customer that morning because the owner and service person came in just to do my repair. Within an hour they were done and all the old broken glass had been vaccuumed out of the van. Aside from the missing cap to the wiper hinge (gone because it snapped when I hit it) no one would be able to tell that the window was ever replaced. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!

A stone was thrown by passing truck into the windshield of my RDX. The result was a chip with "legs". After another company had forgotten to bring the repair kit - 2 times - when replacing my daughter's windshield, I looked on Angie's list to find someone in my area to repair the chip. My husband had previously had his windshield repaired by a local company but I wasn't pleased with the results. I called Ken at Superior Windshield Repair on Tuesday afternoon (12/18). He returned my call and left a message for me to call back. I called the morning of the 19th and we set up a time for him to come to my home to repair the windshield. He worked around my schedule and called as he was on his way. He arrived as arranged. After examining the chip and listening to my desire to not be able to see the finished repair, he explained what he could do and began to work. As I was interested in seeing the process, I watched him - I did ask if he would be distracted by me looking over his shoulder (he wasn't). Ken explained the whole thing, the possibility that some of the repair would be noticeable but he would do his best. He did! The repair is barely noticeable. I was very pleased with his work. But, in addition to the success of that, Ken is genuinely a very nice man! I was impressed with his skill and professionalism. I would definitely use his services again for any auto glass repair.

These guys are the best. Safelite did not want to tackle the job but Ken said he could do it. It was not an easy or straightforward job and they had to comeback twice to get it finished but they got the glass installed and did a great job. Despite the extra time needed, Ken charged me exactly what he quoted and his price was very reasonable. They were prompt and on time. Ken and Jason were a pleasure to deal with.

Ken offered me a price that was competitive, but not the cheapest. I went with Superior because of their reviews on hear and because Ken said he would be able to send someone to me and get the work done before I left work. Jason came out from the office and finished the work quickly and professionally. Overall I am very happy with the whole experience.

The Blizzard of 2010 left us with a driver's window that came off the tracks in our 2004 Volvo (I tried to lower it when there was ice on the outside - dumb) and a broken windshield in our 2004 Yukon. Despite the generally serious business interruption caused by the aftermath of the storm, the guys returned calls promptly and gave us a next-day appointment. The Volvo had a short delay waiting for parts from the dealer, and the Yukon repair had me waiting an hour past the promised completion time (that's the reason for the slightly lower grade for punctuality). The experience with this company was generally very good. The Volvo repair was something like $140, while the Yukon windshield replacement was about $310.

Set up appt on Dec 30 and went in the next day. Job took only 1 hour, and cost less than we were expecting. Great job.

Arrived on time. Explained what they would do. Performed the work in a professional manner.
