I asked Stewart Lawn & Landscape to come out to give me a quote for a patio, fire pit and to redo some stonework in the front yard. They came out and did an amazing design, completely changing the way I looked at the work I had requested to be done. As well as just quoting me the patio in the location I had planned, they were able to sketch a design for a new location that truly changed the entire backyard to create a new "room" out of what I believed was not usable space in our backyard. Moving on the front yard, they were able again to "on the fly" sketch out a design that really changed view from the street. For the same cost as doing the maintenance on the stonework I requested, they were able to redefine the front yard and redo our stonework in a way that makes much more sense, aesthetically. The team that came to work on our yard once the final design was agreed was extremely polite, friendly and very organized. They kept my yard as neat as possible, even though they were doing a significant amount of work over a week's time. The work was done on time and within the budget/cost that was agreed.

We didn?t get much for it. They were more interested in selling us different things. The design was good, but it still needed to be worked and wasn?t fully ready. We have to think if we would use them again or not.

Stewart Lawn and Landscaping has done lawn and landscaping work and has also done a design for my yard. They are professional, available, there when you need them, they are very familiar with landscaping and they are an all around good landscaping. If there is one thing I had to say about them I would say that they are reliable.

Fantastic. From design to completion they did a great job. They are responsive, responsible, and customer oriented. They wanted to make they job look good and they did.

I think I found them on Angie's List. I was moderately happy with the first round of work which included the landscaping clean up. The weather changed and a lot of what they did washed away. The other services they provided me with have been wonderful and I am pleased with them.

We have used them for fourteen years for different things. They are a husband and wife team. The price is way under everyone else's. They do exactly what they are asked to do and finish the job.

As I searched and talked to many, many landscapers, I found Stewart to be very professional and knowledgeable in the beginning. Ron competed for our business aggressively. He knew that my decision was between Stewart and another company. For that reason, I think Stewart came down in price more than they would have otherwise and resisted but later allowed me to buy my own plant material. I was scheduled for the job quickly and the staff showed up promptly on both days they were here. They worked hard and did an amazing amount of work in 2 days. When we were sketching the perimeter of the planter beds Ron's foreman had to get clearance on where the beds were to be built even though we had a diagram of the intent of size and depth. Also, when building the walkway I was under the impression the circular pattern in the walkway but found out that was not the intent (what I wanted would have cost more). In order to get what I truly wanted I would have had to ask them to stop and pull up everything they already installed. I detail all this because I believe the price was cut to compete with the other company and win my business. Once that was achieved, corners were cut without my knowledge and the company became very unwilling to budge to meet my needs and expectations. Furthermore, customer satisfaction does not seem to be at the top of their list of priorities. The priority seems to be: (1) get the job and (2) complete it quickly & cheaply. I asked Stewart to come out 2 times since job completion. First, after staring at our $2600 walkway for several days, I noticed that one side was about 6" thinner than the other thus making the walkway appear lop-sided. Ron's foreman came out and gave me every reason under the sun why I was wrong and explained that I did not understand the intent of the walkway. Never mind the fact that I wasn't happy with it. I'm just the customer. So I asked if they would do anything to fix it to my satisfaction and agree to disagree on the intent. The answer was "no". So then I noticed water collecting in the drainage pipes they installed creating a perfect atmosphere for growing mosquitoes. I called, they came out to investigate, and then called to say it is fine. The fix is to simply dig the pipe a little deeper so that the pitch points down instead of slightly up. I don't know why I called because I knew the answer.

They do a magnificent job! They always call before they come and are very professional. I would highly recommend this company. Price includes 25 lawn service w/fertilization, and landscaping maintenance.

Their lawn cutting is reasonable, but there other services are over priced. They do not have strong custom service skills. It seemed like they did not want to what I had asked them to do. They would have greatly improve there services for me to hire them again.

WE LIKED THIS COMPANY. THEY WERE HERE ON TIME, DID THE WORK, RESPONDED TO OUR NEEDS. DURING THE PLANNING STAGES, THEY LISTENED TO OUR IDEAS AND GAVE US SUGGESTIONS.

THEY USUALLY DO A VERY GOOD JOB. SOMETIMES AFTER IT HAS BEEN RAINING THOUGH THE WORK THEY HAVE DONE LEAVES RUTS IN THE BACKYARD. THEY ARE VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL.

I FELT THAT THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB, AND I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THAT THEY HAD DONE. THEY WEREN'T LAZY, THEY REALLY DID NOT TAKE A BREAK IN BETWEEN, THEY WORKED AND GOT IT DONE.
