They did a great job and were quick! They finished in record time and their prices are reasonable. We did a pretty major renovation to our living room, dining room and stairs. They communicated at each step of the way, were professional and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out!

My 37 year old townhouse needed a makeover before going on the market. A couple of realtors recommended Residential Real Estate Solutions, so we went with them. We looked at what we might be able to sell our house for as is versus what we could get if we updated the bathrooms, installed new carpets and had the place painted. Working with RRES we came up with a plan that we thought we get us a 100% return on investment. In the end, we ended up getting 12.5% more than we asked, so we really made out on the renovations. Each step of the way RRES kept us up to date and recommended some changes as things progressed. All this was done long distance as we moved out of state and left the work to them. Additionally, they did the work with no money down; they received their payment at settlement. I highly recommend RRES and would definitely use them again.

We wanted to split off part of a large master bedroom into an extra bedroom, and also replace the entryway door to our garage. We received several quotes, and theirs was the most reasonable. But what really sold me on hiring them was their professionalism. They came out the house to look around and make sure they understood exactly what we wanted, and then were able to start the job the very next week. All the work was done very well and on schedule. Maria Schulze and I guess I'd call him the foreman, Brian, were in touch very often making sure that things were going well and seeing if we had any questions or concerns, and then they came back out after it was all done to make sure we were happy with everything and that it was EXACTLY the way we wanted. This kind of communication and commitment was greatly appreciated, definitely recommend this company!
