Description of Work: The gentleman came for an estimate. I mentioned I had received one other estimate. He asked me how much and he told me he could not do the job for the amount and that I should go with that amount. I told him I still wanted an estimate. He said he would send. I waited it never came. I called and he said he would send and I never received. I asked if he wanted the job and he said yes. Obviously he did not want the work and have just said so. I told him I wanted him yo do the job but he never got back to me. Very disappointed and very unprofessional
