Noble Kitchen & Bath

Description of Work: I wanted to transform my bathroom to make it wheelchair accessible. Unfortunately that wasn't possible. The interior decorator not only provided a plan of what I could do but refunded the fee.

Description of Work: I paid the $75 for a kitchen design. Only half the design was completed. The designer didn't provide any ideas. We made all of the suggestions. I did receive a refund.

Description of Work: I purchased the Bath or kitchen design. They contacted me promptly and came out to look at my project 2 weeks before Christmas. She said it would take several weeks for the drawings especially with the holidays approaching. After hearing nothing at the end of the second week of January, I called and left a message. Another week passed, and 2 more phone calls before I got an email saying I would have the design the next day. After 5 more days, I followed up with an email detailing the unprofessional way the situation was being handled. I received the drawing a few days later which was very basic and not exactly as we had discussed, I did also receive a refund from Noble for the $75.

Description of Work: Designer delivered plans for kitchen and informed me of long wait time to have the project completed due to volume on their contracting side. I really appreciate this type of openness and although I won't go with them for this project, I will definitely consider them in the future.

Description of Work: We had the consultation on the bathroom renovation which is now scheduled for mid-February.

Description of Work: We played a bit of phone tag trying to schedule the appt. Lynn was very punctual, took the measurements quickly, showed me the offered products and gave me an approximate timeframe to expect to see the floor plans and pricing. Again a bit of phone tag in the follow up but Lynn was very nice and professional. The price quote however, was extremely high for the space. Hence, I am not using Noble Kitchen for my remodel.

Description of Work: We paid them to provide a design with a cost estimate for a bath remodel. The CAD design was sophomoric and the cost they provided was inflated. I employ CAD designers for my firm, so I know what I am talking about. Then they told my wife that their cost was based upon demo costs. However, as a licensed civil engineer I can tell you their costs were far above my estimate for demolition and disposal.

Description of Work: This was for a kichen remodeling design. He measured,spoke with us about our ideas, and followed up with design plans emailed to me.
