Description of Work: The Angie's list "big deal" included a visit to measure a bath for remodeling, production of a 3D drawing of the project, and a discount off the actual remodeling if one choose this company to do the work. Paul responded very quickly to our scheduling request, came up with some good design ideas, produced the 3D drawings of his concept in a timely fashion and gave us an oral quote for the remodeling itself. Up to that point performance and quality were good, though a lot of firms do the same without a $75 charge. On this alone, I would rate the company A or B. However, even after expressing interest in having them do the actual remodeling, I found it impossible to get an actual written proposal/quote, despite multiple requests. It was as if he didn't want to put anything in a formal contract or written offer. As another reviewer here has noted, contact between us generally had to be initiated by us - as he did not seem to really be interested in pursuing the work. Because of this, my overall grade is thus a "C" - though if all you want is a design consultation, he's pretty good, but I can't recommend the company for actually doing the work, due to lack of responsiveness and reluctance to provide a written estimate/contract. Perhaps the company was overwhelmed by work due to the Angie's Big Deal - if that is not the case, I just don't understand the lack of follow-through with a formal written proposal.

Description of Work: Paul came out to give us a consultation on a bathroom renovation. We had purchased a deal coupon here. He was punctual, helpful, and offered some ideas based off concepts I had come up with. We are awaiting a drawing so we can price out the total cost.

Description of Work: As part of a Big Deal, they provided a custom 3D kitchen design as well as a floor plan.

Description of Work: Paul came by to give us ideas about redoing our kitchen. The current area for the kitchen is fairly small and limited access, we wanted a better layout for the kitchen. We had considered removing one of the walls, but Paul had a better idea to remove the walls and move the kitchen to the adjacent room, central to the house. We were more than pleased with his ideas.

Description of Work: The representative came by on time. He was very polite, but didn't really seem to listen to what I wanted. He offered alternatives that I felt were too trendy for my older home, and I didn't think would integrate well the rest of the house. I told him I did not want the kitchen opened to the dining room, but when I received the plans, it was like he had not heard a word I had said. I think if you want the latest |look, these my well be the people to go to. I thought I had been very clear, but perhaps not. Or maybe I don't know how to work with designers.
