Maybe I caught them during a bad two-week period, but nothing went according to plan. When I arranged to have the technician come out to inspect my dryer that was not working, they said that I would be notified the night before as to what time they would be showing up at my house. I never was notified, so I had to call them three times the next day before I finally got an answer about when they would come. The two technicians who came seemed knowledgeable enough and trustworthy. They needed to order a part which would take about a week to come in. They said I would be notified when the part was in. One week later I still had not heard from them so I contacted them and they said the technician should be coming out the next day as the part has been delivered and that I would be receiving a text message notifying me when they would be arriving. Suffice it to say the text message was never sent so I had to call again to ask them what time they would be arriving. I was told sorry the technician is out ill so it will be tomorrow. You can guess what happened next, three days in a row I had to call them since they would not call me and I had asked if the technician was coming out today and they said he was still sick. Finally, I asked them to send another technician who could do the job and get it done. They did send someone in and this time the text message service worked so I knew when he was coming. He arrived and then asked what is wrong with the dryer. He was not informed as to what was wrong and he said he did not think he had the part to fix it! He went back to the truck and about 20 minutes later came back to say he found the part. Then when he was trying to remove the bad part, he realized he did not have the tools to do the job. I had to tell him where there was a Home Depot where he could buy the right tools. You got to be kidding me that this is the type of service they think homeowners deserve! Eventually, he came back about an hour later and fixed the part, and left. I would not recommend this company to anyone but I do not plan to use them in the future.

Bobby was very informative of Samsung fridge & explained his actions as he went along. As it proved out the fridge had reset itself prior to his visit & nothing more needed to be done. It is very comforting to now understand it better, and, that it is in good condition. Well worth the cost of the visit.

Company is very professional and the technician, Bobby, very knowledgeable. Fixed a refrigerator no one else had been able to fix.

Top Notch!!!!! Ask for Marty....I explained what was going on and he fixed in short order. Showed up on time finished quick and at a reasonable price. I thought it was the compressor and he said probably just a relay which it was..Had the part in his truck. Dont even think about calling anybody else. Had conversation with him. Older gentleman thats been doing this for decades. I give 10 stars
