Mr. Appliance of Annapolis

Both times I used this company the repair cost was more expensive than the appliance cost in the first place. Out the diagnostic fee of $99 each time.

My only complaint was that there was inadequate communication between the office and the tech. As the tech requested, I called when I received, via FED EX, the washer parts needed. This was not communicated to the tech. Also, I talked to the office on the day before my service visit about an afternoon time and then got a text that the service man would be here between 8:45 and 9:30 am. Fortunately, I was able to be here then. The tech, Scott, was professional and knowledgable. He answered all my questions and did an excellent job.
