Repairman was efficient with time , told us what was wrong, what the price would be before doing it, and showed us the problem once was opened up and prevented us from having a fire. Cleaned up area before he left. Very professional service.

Excellent experience. Expensive builtin microwave. Technician diagnosed problem, checked parts availability, confirmed we wanted the repair, ordered the parts, and scheduled the actual repair. They notified us the parts had arrived and confirmed the service date/time to install. Prompt, dependable, and professional.

I understand everyone has a bad day however it was clear the technician did not want to be here nor be helpful in resolving the problem. When it was clear he could not solve the problem I asked who could and he did not know. Paid $125 to see if a dishwasher could be repaired and maybe it can maybe it canâ t but I still donâ t have a working dishwasher

Dependable , courteous, on time. Received texts and updates on technician and when he would arrive. He went out of his way to pick up the part needed to repair my dryer so the repair could be made in a timely way. Will definitely use Mr. Appliance again!
