John is very knowledgeable and professional. He takes time to tell you what is wrong snd how to fix it. He then completes the repair, cleans up after himself and takes time to make sure his repair actually fixed the problem. His theory is to take the 5 minutes now to check the work so you make sure you wonâ t have to come back. He is very thorough!

It took 3 visits for the Tech to fix the problem.And he only fixed it when I told him what the problem was by finding out on you tube,watching a pro explain it.The pilot light would not re ignite after shutting off to keep from over heating.I laid in front of the dryer hole in front of the unit.After about 2 minutes,the pilot light went out,and then would not re ignite.All the tech had to was watch it,but he kept saying there was nothing wrong with it.

Repairman performed temporary fix of my washer and then said he had to order a part to complete repair. He then told me he could not finish job unless i paid in full prior to him proceeding any further, I then paid him and we agreed to meet on sept. 15 at 10 am to complete repair. On the 14th i received a email from them saying he would not be there until 1 to3 pm (he did not arrive until 4). Bottom line is Mr. appliance finished the repair to my satisfaction only after i paid a hefty sum in advance and dealt with a major scheduling inconvenience.

After 4 visits to fix my washing machine, it remained unreparable. The tech agreed that it could not be repaired and requested a full refund of the money I spent. Initially that request was refused, but after further communication I recevied an email that I would be given a full refund. I appreciate this response.
