Had Thomas come over today to repair dishwasher. He quickly determined the issue and made the repair. Showed up earlier then expected and gave plenty of notice of early arrival

Scott is an excellent technician. He quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and then provided a temporary fix so that I could use the washer until he returned with the part. He was just greatâ  I was exceptionally pleased! The only administrative thing that I didnâ  t like was from the officeâ  while I appreciate that they are trying to communicate arrival times, they should not say the technician is â  on the wayâ  â  when heâ  s still an hour and 1/2 from actually arriving
