He went out of his way to pick up the part we needed and came even earlier to replace it. He knew we were going out of town and we really appreciated his thoughtfulness and efficiency. Besides the fact our thermostat in our dryer went up and we had to get a new one. Mr. Appliance team made it a â job well doneâ experience! Thank you!

Tommy the technician did an excellent job, was very courteous and professional.

They do not charge a labor rate it is a job rate however be aware if you do the math their labor rate is 200% higher than the average. Make them give you a part price and you will see what I mean. It is ridiculous.
