Scott came on time, wore his mask, and is fully vaxed. All good, He diagnosed problem but found my frig manufacturer, Maytag, no longer makes the part needed. He then i,provised a cure which worked. So happy. Cancelled order from HD for new $1700. frig! Very happy with his service.

The service tech came to my house to address the fridge coil issue, charged me $110 service fee and all he did was point out what was wrong and told my wife to fix it, and left. Showed up at my house stating he could not hear any noise because he had 40% hearing loss from shooting guns the day before and proceeded to make jokes about why he could not do his job and that I needed to fix the issue personally. Very unsatisfied!

John was very professional and did a great job

He was extremely knowledgeable. The only set back was the supply chain and the technical reviving a bad part from the supplier. It took a week from the part to be reordered but when it is come in it fixed the problem

Technician, Tommy Cahall, was remarkable. Did a good job, identified the problem and repaired...frig working fine. Note: easy to work with, my husband was extremely impressed with him!
