John was a great guy and personality, in addition to knowing his stuff, and accurately diagnosed and fixed the problem with our dryer. Up front quote with fair pricing, prompt phone call to schedule the follow up visit to install the ordered part, and only 3 days total from start to finish. Amazing!

I called for a an ice maker repair. After the tech arrived, he told me it should be much more than quoted because its Samsung. Turns out it was a kinked hose that I FOUND. Tech never noticed it. I asked if there was any discounts due to the fact his time was less than 5 minutes, literally. He replied no. I asked about veterans discounts and again I was told no. He followed up with its $110 just to show up so we did give you a discount. Dont know how that is??? What I found troublesome was the fact that: A. I found the problem and corrected it. B. Zero compassion for the fact I found it and fixed it and yet they charged me full price for literally showing up. I know they need to be compensated for their time but less than 5 minutes AND the customer found the problem? I only wish I had seen it before I called.

Prompt service for my refrigerator ice maker repair. Communication about my service appointment was excellent. They sent me a photo of the service person the day before the repair, a good safety measure. He was on time and very pleasant. I now have ice. Yeah!!
