Maryland Curbscape

We had a great experience with Maryland Curbscape! Paul quickly came out to our home to give us an estimate. He was clear in what services he would provide and the costs associated with certain items. Received the itemized quote and contract quickly. They were able to complete my project earlier than originally scheduled. The crew was quick and left their work site clean. Very impressed with Pauls communication, he calls when he has any question or with any change in the plans. Very happy with the final product. The color and pattern is exactly what we expected. I highly recommend this company!

This was our second excellent experience with Maryland Curbscape. Watching the work is breathtaking. The team is fast an extraordinarily competent. From arrival on-site to finished driveway was only about 8 hours. Wow.

Went well. Paul did a great job keeping me informed about what was going on.

It looks great, but after 1 year we have 4-5 hairline cracks. It was indicated in our contract; “can possibly crack over a period of time”, However, 4-5 cracks in prominent locations in 1 year is disappointing. The company stuck by their statement that "cracks are normal" and they offered to charge us $200 to have them seal the patio. They also guaranteed the cracks will not get bigger and structurally the patio is sound. We hope this is the case. We do not want to spend more money and will seal the patio ourselves.

Paul and his team came in and did a great job. They were very efficient and professional in there execution.

I had MD Curbspace replace my old sidewalk, replace and widen my asphalt driveway and fix/replace my broken/uneven garage floor. Paul was great to work with. He came out and we walked through the job prior to sending me a quote, which was quite reasonable for the work. He also came out the day of the job and worked with me through a couple of changes that I wanted. The job was done in a day and looks great. Major improvement. My 30,000 lb RV is sitting in the driveway now.

I could not ask for a better experience. Response time for project was excellent. Paul kept us informed each step of the way. Our walkway looks awesome. The workers cleaned up after the project. I think the Paul must of read the book "Swim with the Sharks". Great book. You can learn alot on how to treat customers.

Paul repaired a driveway for me at my townhouse. The ground beneath the driveway settled causing large cracks in the driveway. Paul's team removed the old concrete and poured the driveway is less than 4 hours. Very happy with the price and quality of the work. It was super easy to work with Paul on getting an estimate and scheduling the work. We spoke by phone and he gave me a rough estimate based on his knowledge of my neighborhood, then we met the next day and finalized the estimate and scheduling. Call Paul first if you need concrete work!

Paul and his crew did a fantastic job on my sidewalks! This is the second time I've hired Maryland Curbscape and they have performed flawlessly. They replaced my driveway and garage floor a couple of years back. I had two sidewalks installed in the front of my house, both stamped concrete. Paul did a great job matching the color and pattern to the existing blue stone. They installed a third walkway around the side of my garage. His crew is always on time and they're careful to avoid damaging the landscape. These guys work hard and get things done. They do a great job of cleaning up when they're finished and everything looks beautiful! I won't hire anybody else.

Maryland Curbscape did a large patio in our backyard in the spring and it came out excellent! Paul was great to work with, provided a competitive price and was always responsive to questions. Well they say on the contract they pour 4 inches plus of concrete but they use 2 X 4's as a frame. So we know that is only 3 and a half inches and that is how thick my driveway is. They removed a 6 inch driveway. So now I had to hire someone to put in a french drain because all the water was polling at the end of the driveway. Plus I need to install a retaining wall on one side because the driveway is so much lower than the previous driveway. Meanwhile I had told Paul I wanted the driveway higher than the previous driveway so the water would drain into the yard. Also have a crack where the sidewalk starts at the seam but that is not covered under warranty. Stay away hire someone else. This is a real review

Turned out great! We had a mix of some exiting concrete, brick and pavers. We removed everything but concrete and had MD Curbscapes put down a ton of concrete to tie it all together with one surface. We then painted it and it looks great! We also had some drainage issues during heavy rain that they fixed as well by creating channels away from the house. It was a tricky job that I doubt many contracts could do correctly, so I was relieved when it finally rained and the water went exactly where Paul said it would.

I was able to complete this project within a week from Paul coming out and giving me a quote. This was not the first company I received a quote from. The price was competitive, but what I appreciated more was the honesty from the owner. What other companies had just agreed to pave, Paul warned me against due to drainage issues that could arise. In the end, I had the functional areas paved, and the additional space graded and filled with decorative rock. The result is a great looking backyard! The work was done in a timely fashion, and they took care to keep the concrete shaping clean, as well as the lines against other material free from over-splash. I also had two downspout drains installed through the concrete as well as a outdoor faucet extension. I am very pleased with the work done as well as the availability of Paul for questions and concerns. I highly recommend Maryland Curbscape and would definitely use them for any future concrete needs.

Great communication. Owner, Paul, very responsive with communication which was refreshing. The job was completed as we had agreed. Very quick once they got started, weather delays out of our control. I will definitely recommend them to others and use them again if the need arises.

Amazing service and value! Had three quotes from top rated Angie's list contractors who do concrete work. All three provided addresses of recent work and all looked good. Curbscape's quote was in line with a second contractor and half the price of the third contractor. They were very flexible on time; communicated well in all interactions; staff were on time, friendly, professional, and efficient; and the work quality was outstanding, exceeding all my expectations.

Maryland Curbscape's owner Mr. Joseph kept in constant contact with us and informed all the way from the initial contact, through the estimate, during and after the installation. All the steps of the project and after-care were thoroughly described in detail. The work crew arrived, did the work, and finished at exactly the promised time and the surrounding grounds and impacted areas were completely cleaned up and were free of any debris. In my opinion, the quality of the work could not have been any better. I would definitely recommend Maryland Curbscape for any needed concrete work.

Very well. Maryland Curbside contacted me within days and had me send him pictures of the work needed. Within a week a date was set. All the work took a day just as promised.

I was very impressed with this contractor. Fromm the initial estimate to completion they responded promptly, and the work that they performed appears to be very good.

They arrived on time 8:30 AM finished by 2:30 PM. I had estimates of 2 to 4 days. This company has the equipment and manpower (skilled) to do the job quickly and properly. No guy with a jackhammer a beefy Front loader ( John Deer) two loads of concrete delivered and two dumpsters of concrete debris removed. In 6 hours. Minimal disturbance to the neighbors. Excellent
