+ 0 moreI have used Louis Sullivan for several years now for numerous projects. Remodeled family room, installed two bathrooms, new deck, so it wasn't my first experience with this contractor. Louis came down, looked over my problem with rotting wood on my porch columns. He rebuilt all four of them, painted them white and now they look brand new. I am extremely pleased with his work and my house looks great again.

+ 0 moreCompletely tore out old deck and installed new supports, framing, decking and railings. Had to reinforce upper deck due to shoddy work by another contractor. Have used Louis Sullivan for numerous projects and have very pleased with all of them.
Description of Work: This is the fourth time I have used Louis Sullivan and he did not disappoint me again. He redid a large deck, 25x32 feet. Of course we ran into another problem which had to be corrected with an upper deck (DONE BY ANOTHER CONTRACTOR). But he corrected the problems with the support beams, and the new deck turned out beautiful. Very pleased with his work.

+ 6 moreThey are very good and I am pleased with the service. They are always professional and answer all of my questions. The quality of their work is fantastic. They worked very well with me. They took all of my suggestions into consideration and the price was good as well.
Description of Work: They completely remodeled a family room for us. They replaced all of the drywall and put in new trim, new doors, new lights, and carpet throughout. They also redid the whole bathroom at the same time. They completely gutted it and installed a new tub, sinks, vanity, and lights. They also did the electrical and plumbing work for the rooms.
