Racoons are gone!

I am a property manager and KP Wildlife Control was recommended to me by the Pest Control company I use for my business. Kevin and Heather came over to my house as scheduled, set a trap on my roof to catch a mama raccoon and came back early the next morning to collect the mother from the trap and the baby raccoon from inside my chimney. They were both incredibly professional, prompt and courteous. Their prices were fair and I will be calling them again for both personal and professional wildlife issues.

Kevin and Heather were fantastic from the the first phone call. We had to move our appointment date around and they were very accommodating. Kevin arrived at our appointment and found the hole where the squirrels were getting in our attic. He installed a one way trap, put up something along the gutter to keep squirrels from going up there. When he entered our attic he found 4 dead squirrels. He removed them promptly. He will be back next week to finish installing the rest of the gutter guard and to put up a mesh on our gable vent. Working with Kevin and Heather has been wonderful and they went above and beyond what I expected and the price is very affordable.

About a dozen mice were caught in the traps. We have not heard or seen any mice in our house since.

KP Wildlife came back to repair the damage to my roof as a result of raccoons entering. They did an excellent job, including replacing the wood, installing a guard, and new shingles. I am so pleased with their commitment to excellent service and work. Several companies have come to my home and they say they give free estimates. However, I have found that they do not provide the service that KP Wildlife provided...the minimal fee is more than worth it. If you want the satisfaction of a job well done, at a very reasonable rate, pay the fee and hire KP Wildlife, you will be happy that you did.

Well, I met Kevin and Heather, owners of KP Wildlife Control, and I really believe my raccoon nightmares are finally over, forever. In the past 5-6 years, I have had at least four different companies come to supposedly solve my raccoon roommate problems...and of course, I have spent thousands of dollars only to have them come back and take up residence in my attic. Kevin and Heather spoke with me extensively on the phone and I could tell that #1 they understood what I have gone through, #2 they care and told me they believe in honest work and helping people, and #3 assured me that they would help me to resolve this major problem. They came to my house on March 1, 2016, explained the way they work, walked through my home and outside around the house and on the roof, took pictures and shared them with me. They set two traps and committed to return the next day to check them...today, March 2, they returned, and both traps held my old raccoon roommates. Kevin and Heather are the absolute best! They know exactly what to do AND how to do it. Today, they are setting two more traps to be sure they catch them all...all for one very reasonable price. They will be back tomorrow. I will be back to keep you informed of the process and progress. I am grateful to Kevin and Heather, so glad I didn't just give up.

I am so glad I contacted KP Wildlife. Kevin was very responsive when I called. I explained that there was an animal in the attic. I had tried a floor trap to no avail. We set up a day/time and Kevin was punctual, professional and knows what he's doing! He went into the attic and found the squirrel. So he set up traps on the roof by the attic fan, which is where we suspected was the point of entry due to some chewing around the area. Kevin checked each day and on day 3 realized that the squirrel found a new point of entry when Kevin again went into the same area of the attic and the squirrel ran out and onto the roof. (they are smart and destructive buggers). So he installed a band around the attic fan so no longer an entry point. He also found babies and removed them. And set up a trap at other point of entry to catch mama. I don't wish these critters in anyone's attic, but if you have them, Kevin is the guy to call. Bottom line - he won't give up until he gets them. He is personable, explains things, definitely knows what he's doing and just the kind of guy you'd like to do business with. If I have issues in the future, I will definitely be calling KP Wildlife. Thanks, Kevin!

I called Kevin on Friday the 5th around 11 am and explained to him what I was hearing in my ceiling. He said he could be right over but I could not do it til later. He came by later that afternoon. He did a thorough evaluation as stated above. He showed me in the attic exactly where a squirrel was getting in. He even took a picture while up on the roof to help me understand what he was seeing. He came in and sat down with me for atleast a half hour going thru what he found and all my options until I understood what he would do. He, then, waited until I discussed this with my husband and we agreed on a plan. Because of weather issues, we agreed it would be better to come back on Saturday. He arrived promptly at noon as agreed. Once again he evaluated the plan we agreed on. At this time, he said the squirrel was no longer in our attic so he fixed the area and adjusted the work plan(no one way door) and the cost (lower). He completed the work quickly and thoroughly. He left us his number stating he would return if there was any concern or if we find there is another issue. Working with Kevin was like working with a long time friend. He was respectful of me and our home. He made sure we were happy with the work he did and made sure we had all we needed to contact him again at any time. He did follow up with us the next week.

Was there on the time on the day we agreed upon. Went thru everything he would do before he started. Closed all openings around the perimeter of the house with screens. Put traps in the cellar. After he was finished he took me outside to show me everything he did. Contacted me several weeks later to see If all was well. Very courteous and professional.
