Description of Work: Rescreened porch, used pet proof screen on the door. This is a busy time of year for them, add to that all the rain we had been having and they were booked solid. They fit us in on a Sunday in April, of which I was very grateful. 3 or 4 men worked all day and got the job done by late afternoon. It was not an easy job as they had to remove the wood framing, the wood being Ipa, a very hard wood to work with. And they had to use scaffolding for one side. And it was a very windy day which made me nervous for them on that scaffolding. By the time they had to work on that side the wind had stopped.Thank goodness! |The sun porch looks great, like new. I would recommend them 100%. |

Description of Work: I have a 10 x 40 screened in porch. It has three torn places and many small hoes. It is now all one piece of screening. Keith will cover each of the two sections individually and covered the mounting strips. I can hardly wait.

 + -1 moreI was very happy with him and he was very prompt. I had a friend that tried to help me as I was ill and the job was not done very good prior to using Keith. The price was very reasonable and he was able to use one of the screens and he did not charge extra for that. The price that it ended up being was less than what he quoted and the screens look very good. I will definately call him again if needed.
Description of Work: This was for screen repair on two patio screens and it included one pet screen as well.

 + -1 moreKeith came out to review the job and noticed that our retractable awning was going to block installation of the screen track system. He came up with an affordable creative solution so we didn't have to remove and reinstall the awning. You do get their voicemail a lot but they are quick to respond. The work was done on schedule and very professionally. The crew did a good job cleaning up after themselves. We are happy with the end result and would recommend Keith?s for this type of work.

 + -1 moreThe porch looks great. The only thing is the odd scheduling and notification of when the work was to be done. Could have used a little more advanced notice and I'm not used to Sunday work. Anyway, I highly recommend!
Description of Work: Keith replaced all screens on my screened in porch, including some difficult angled areas. He also installed the screen tight system which was worth it. He also replaced my screen door.

Everything went exactly as he had described, including installation time, and I was very happy with the finished product. He also replaced a post and made other minor repairs as part of the project.

He recommended pet light screening and I put a couple of test screens up. It worked very well so the affected windows and door screens were replaced. Keith was easy to work with. I now know where to go for screen problems.

Description of Work: I took a screen to them one time in July and another screen to them in September. I got a pet guard screen that was recommended and has been excellent with having cats in the home. His price was much more reasonable than another local place that services windows and screens.
