Fantastic!!! Barry Utterbaugh was our sales specialist, he came to our house one evening at our convenience and went over all the options that we had in replacing our existing sliding glass door. He wasn't your typical salesperson, in that I mean he didn't try selling us what we didn't need or want. After reviewing our room and lighting we selected the door, the shades that go in between the panes of glass(we love that feature) and about a week later on a Saturday a person from their company came to our home and went over stain colors. Not too long after that the installation crew came and they did a FANTASTIC job removing the old door and installing the new. They were professional, timely, clean, detailed, everything you could ask for, especially in a world where customer service seems to be non-existent, and where having someone in your house to perform a job of this skill makes you want to think twice about having the job done at all. Instead they quickly put us at ease and we couldn't be happier with the result.

Went great. They use a good quality windows (Pella) and have a great installation team. No problems with the work. The grills on two of the windows were too short and they are going to order new ones.

From our first meeting, the sales representative inspired confidence in the company's products and installation services. Our confidence was re-enforced by the person who came later to get final measurements and conduct a pre-installation site survey. The attitude was always friendly and ''can-do''. This was confirmed when the installation started on time and was completed in one day rather than two as originally scheduled. The installation crew was neat, considerate and thorough.

THIS COMPANY WAS EXTREMELY EXASPERATING. THEY DIDNT EVEN CALL BACK AFTER I CALLED AND HAD TO GO OUT TO REINSTALL EVERYTHING. THE OUTSIDE PART WAS TERRIBLE. THEY TRIED TO RAISE THE ESTIMATE. WHEN THEY LEFT THEY CLEANED UP THEIR MESS.

I WAS HAPPY WITH THE WAY THINGS TURNED OUT. I HAD SEVERAL BIDS THAT WERE QUITE A BIT LOWER THAN THIS ONE, BUT I FELT MORE SECURE IN THEIR EXPERIENCE. THIS PROJECT WAS DONE SO QUICKLY TO HAVE INCLUDED 29 WINDOWS, 3 OF WHICH WERE BAY WINDOWS.

THIS WAS A GOOD KNOWLEDGEABLE COMPANY. THE SERVICE IS VERY LOUSY. WHEN THEY SELL SOMETHING THEY SEEM TO FORGET ABOUT THE SERVICE. I HAD NO OTHER CHOICE BUT TO USE THEM. THEY ARE THE ONLY COMPANY, THAT INSTALL PELLA.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. CLEAN AND EXCELLENT. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE IN A GOOD AMOUNT OF TIME. VERY EFFICIENT AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES WHEN THEY WERE DONE. WE ARE VERY SATISFIED.

I WAS SURPRISED HOW QUICKLY THEY GOT THE JOB DONE. THE INSTALLERS WERE SO NICE AND SO CAREFUL ABOUT GETTING THE WINDOWS OUT. I LOVE HOW THEY LOOK ,AND THAT THEY USE PELLA WINDOWS.
