JP came the same day I called. He and his helper went right to work and identified the problem. The drain was replaced with upgraded materials. They were professional and respectful. He honored the senior citizen discount and even gave me an additional trip discount. I don't know anything about plumbing pricing but I am sure in terms of industry pricing it was a fair charge. I fully recommend them and will use them again in the future.

He was not able to clean out the drain and suggested it dug up and replaced. He still charged me $500 for 1.5 hours of work.

We've had this problem in the past and have worked with a couple of plumbers. Heidler, while on the pricier side, easily provided some of the best service. They were available on a Saturday night with an understandable surcharge for being outside regular business hours, came to the house fairly quickly after the initial call, removed our downstairs toilet, ran the power drain snake through the pipe and cleared it out so it ran clear. I was particulalrly impressed with the way they covered our bathroom with brown paper to protect the walls and floor. Thorough clean up was included as well. All told, the process took around 3 hoursonce the technician arrived.

my water pressure went out over the weekend.... as a result of the reviews here on Angie's List, I called him Sunday afternoon (knowing he was closed) and left a message.... he called me back within the hour and we setup an appt for the next morning.... he actually got here early, which was nice, diagnosed the problem and replaced the tank, no fuss no muss..... when he thanked me for calling him, I told him that he could thank Angie's List, it was because of his reviews here that I decided to use his services, and at that point, he reminded me that there was a 5% coupon here, and then he applied that to my final bill..... will definitely use him again.....

Jay came over the same day we called him and gave us an estimated start date of Friday, July 26th. He was very professional and honest about what kind of work that needed to be done and potential problems that might increase cost. He suggested alternative temporary solutions until repair could be done. His team were actually able to start a day early and were very professional. They moved our inside main water shut off valve so I would not have to move any appliancesto get to it. The work crew were very pleasant and took the time to show me what they had done before refilling the holes. We would definitely do business with this group again.

As I was about to leave for work my son informed me that the washing machine drain in the basement was overflowing anytime someone flushed the toilet. I called JP Plumbing around 8am, they arrived at noon. After he examined washer drain and the available cleanout access points he explained what he would need to do and showed me the written pricing schedule. After cleaning out the drain he ran a camera through the pipe to look for other issues. At the point where the roots were found and cleaned out, was what appeared to be a break in the pipe. He wrote up an estimate for digging up pipe to make repairs to the broken section and raise the property line clean out so it is accessible.

We called them yesterday and he arrived within an hour of our call after leaving another job. He reviewed the problem, gave us a quote and returned the following day to do the work. They were on time and finished the job ahead of schedule. The whole job took about 2 1/2 hours. We were quoted by another company that it would take 6 hours, so we were pleasantly surprised. They were courteous and respectful as well. We would definitely use them again.

My wife noticed a leak in the area of my pressure tank. Checked Angie's List and choose JP Plumbing from the list being they were the nearest to my neighborhood. The office took my information and within an hour they stopped by my house to check the problem. They assessed the repair and gave me a price. Luckily for me they had the tank in their truck and was able to repair right away. I was very pleased with their work so I have already scheduled them for another job which I was given an estimate before they left.

They always arrive within the service window given; identify the issue; and discuss the resolution/options with us. Very efficient repair and clean up. Very comfortable having their service people in my home.

He came out and fixed my problem emidately and did not charge me an emergency fee. He created a temporay solution for the problem and will be back tomorrow to correct it completely. He's going to run me a new line from the outside to inside of my house.

They do a really good job. We have been using them continuously and they have continuously done a good job. They are pretty honest and dependable. If you call them and leave a message, they will definitely get back to you. They will definitely be here if they say they are going to be here.

I had them out to install the tub and pump in my laundry room. This is the third time they have done work for me. They are always on time, professional, and bill me what was quoted to me. They stand behind there work. I will use them in the future. My advice to members is to never except the first price quoted, I've found that I've been able to get a better price if I haggle.

I needed a new hot water heater and sump pump. JP plumbing did an excellent job. They were professional on time and at the price they quoted. I had an AC guy in and he commented "Nice plumbing on the water heater". I will use these guys again in the future.

When the plumber came to the house the first thing he wanted was to have me sign up for a service which was some universal protection program that they offer. What it was is that you pay for a contract that gives you special rates and puts you on a preferred customer list. I was not interested in that, I just wanted him to install the faucet. After several attempts to get me to purchase the contract, he installed the faucet. Due to the fact that I did not purchase the contract, I was taken advantage of on the price I paid.
