Description of Work: I woke up to find water pouring through the light fixture in my dining room! I called JP Plumbing and they were able to come out about 90 minutes later. They diagnosed the problem quickly (something with the toilet upstairs) and were able to fix the issue right away. They were friendly (to me and my dog!), punctual and professional.

Description of Work: JP Plumbing executed two jobs: they installed a new water line/external hose connection at garage entrance, and rerouted a water line/blowdown connection from the crawl space underneath the house to a more accessible ground level location, permitting seasonal isolation and blowdown of a water line from the house to my pier. They gave me an estimate below my expectation and performed the job in one day.

Description of Work: New septic pump. Called Saturday and he came and fixed Monday. He did not want to quote the job Saturday, which seemed strange.

Description of Work: Jim was very professional when he came for the estimate and later after I chose his company to complete work. I neeed him to extend existing gas line for gas range and gas fireplace. He installed the gas range. He ran lines and drain and installed a laundry sink in the basement. He also installed faucets for three vanities while he was here and reset a toilet. The job sort of evolved but he had the additional parts necessary on his truck and was able to complete all the work in a very timely manner. I would recommend his work to others.

Description of Work: I CONTRACTED WITH JP TO REPLACE A LONG WATER LINE FROM THE STREET, UP A HILL THROUGH THE WOODS, AND INTO THE HOUSE. HE QUOTED ME A GREAT PRICE AND I HIRED THE COMPANY TO DO THE WORK. THE WATER LINE HAS BEEN FUNCTIONAL, BUT THEY DIDN'T DO A GOOD JOB AT ALL WITH CLEANING UP AFTERWARD. THERE WERE MANY PLACES ALONG THE ROUTE THAT THE WATERLINE TOOK THAT I HAD TO FILL UP. ABOUT A YEAR LATER, I CALLE FOR A QUOTE ON REPLACING MY KITCHEN SINK AND WAS DUMBFOUNDED AT THE ASTRONOMICAL PRICE THAT I WAS QUOTED. MAYBE THEY WERE TRYING TO MAKE UP ON THE GOOD DEAL FOR THE WATER LINE?

Description of Work: I used them twice. Once for an outside water line . They gave me a great price but I am still covering up gullies that were left out side. The finish was weak. The second time I think that they made up for the great price by overcharging ($700 )or a new kitchen sink. The sink is of low quality and small. I was not shown a selection, this is what you get attitude made me thin that this was an old sink that they had laying around the place.
