J C PENNEY CUSTOM DRAPERIES

Judy Woods drove about 45 minutes to my home & guided me through the options for window treatments. I had no idea what I wanted & she helped me narrow down my choices. I loved her suggestions and she helped me pick beautiful fabics. The Luminettes were perfect and the installers were wonderful. They arrived on time & finished faster than estimated. The valance fabric was cut incorrectly (although I had paid extra to cover that) & had to be reordered twice. I called & talked to the Decorating Dept's manager, who did not seem interested in my problem. Finally I mentioned that I was also interested in additional window treatments and so the manager scheduled another appointment for me with Judy. Once Judy came out to look at the incorrect valance & could see the problem for herself, she worked with me and the factory to make sure that the valance's fabric was finally cut correctly and inspected by a factory manager before it was sent for installation again. The new valance is perfect.

THE DRAPERIES ARE NICE, HOWEVER, THE SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED IS TERRIBLE. THE DRAPES ARRIVED FOLDED LIKE AN ACCORDION WITH AN OVERSIZED VALANCE. THE DRAPES WERE STEAMED BUT STILL HAVE THE FOLDS IN THEM. I HAVE BEEN CALLING FOR TWO WEEKS AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL BACK.
