HOMESIGHT INSPECTIONS

Mr. Bajus impressed me with his experience and professional conduct. He was thorough and methodical in his inspection. However, he was also patient and would answer the numerous questions I posed to him in a clear and succinct manner, using terms that were easily understood by an inexperienced home buyer. When he saw problems he made sure that I understood the problem and what my options were. I liked that if he could not fully identify a problem, he recommended further inspection by a trained professional in that specialty.

Dan is the man! Very knowledgeable and professional. It is clear he knows what he is doing. He gets you (the buyer) involved with the home inspection process; answers any questions you have (thoroughly) and even quizzes you a little (in a playful manner) to make sure you are paying attention (Again, in a playful manner). The next home inspection I get, I will be hiring Dan again. He is ASHI certified and a full time home inspector; he has also been in the business for over 20 years and has had over 9,000 clients .... that is important!.... Just consult the and quot;home buying for dummiesand quot; book for confirmation. Also, he has a mustache.

I thouroghly enjoyed working with Mr. Bajus, and would absolutely use him again if I ever need it. I found HomeSight from a recommendation from my car insurance agent, and I was happy to see that of the 3 recommended, 2 were members of the American Society of Home Inspectors. I called those 2, and Dan Bajus was the one that called me back. He explained the process over the phone, and gave me a fair price right then. He had his calendar available, so when we were ready to schedule the inspection, there wasn't a great deal of back and forth to get the appointment settled. On the day of the inspection, he was early, and my realtor was late. So we were able to chat a bit while he poked around the outside of the building. As Mr. Bajus conducted his inspection, he made sure that I understood how to operate my appliances, and what his recommendations meant. At one point, my realtor challenged him on a recommendation, and he completely ignored her, made eye contact with me, and asked if I understood what he was explaining. He was professional and willing to explain/demonstrate anything that I wasn't clear on. He did a thorough job.
