+ -1 moreJake was excellent. The house is circa 1910 and he was able to provide a great deal of information beyond just doing the inspection. Based on his report, the owner agreed to take care of several major issues.

+ -1 moreMr. O'Mara did a great job inspecting the property. He was timely, quick, and through. He identified potential problems with the property which an inspection a week-previously failed to notice. He provides the home buyer with a full picture of the home's state and where future issues may lie.
