Description of Work: They keep my home free of the pesky jumping crickets and other insects. They call before they come out and are always on time. The spray they use is not harmful to my pets.

Description of Work: I had a squirrel in the eaves before Christmas. Paramount set traps for ten days. I never heard the squirrel and it did not return. I had a contract for inspection to look for holes and fill them. But, they were not able to get a ladder onto the deck to look closely under eaves from the outside. They are refunding my money for that part. No one could see any holes from the ground to fill or from inside where the traps were set.

Description of Work: Provided initial pest control treatment, and they will follow-up in a month. What I love is that you can call them anytime and they will come back for free if you have an annual service of some sort -- monthly/quarterly.... And they were less money than some other companies that didn't offer that additional service. Have used them for years in various locations.

+ -1 moreWe have been using their services since 1989. During that time, the cost of the service has only gone up $3.00. They do a great job at keeping us bug free. I do not have to call them as they come every 3 months like clock work.
Description of Work: They spray my home for spiders and termites. They come quarterly but if you need service between visits they will come at no additional charge. We pay them quarterly.

+ -1 moreI HAVE MORE ANTS THAN I DID BEFORE. THEY SHOW UP ABOUT 2 WEEKS AFTER YOU CALLED THEM. YOU CALL TO LEAVE A MESSAGE AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL NOT RETURN YOUR CALLS. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEM. I HAVE 6 MONTHS ON MY CONTRACT AND THEN WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.
