+ -1 moreLyle has a nice demeanor and I would feel no reservation in e-mailing him for advice. He said that if I need it, he can hook into my computer from his office and help me out. I felt very comfortable that he knew exactly what he was doing and that I was getting value for my dollar because he wasn't stumbling over solutions. In fact, I offered to put Lyle on Angie's List.
Description of Work: I specifically wanted Mac support. Lyle cleaned up my Mini Mac in an effort to make it run faster, ran through a whole list of little things that I had that I didn't know how to do (delete certain files, that kind of thing) and recommended that I use the iCal instead of the Yahoo! calendar. He synced iCal to my iPad and my android cellphone. He told me what it would cost to increase the ram and suggested that I hold off and buy a new computer instead as and when I thought I wanted to afford it; told me to call him for advice before I purchased it.
