We had multiple quotes from other fence companies in the area and ultimately decided to go with Fence and Deck Connection. Kevin, the sales rep was the most knowledgeable and helpful of the companies we had quotes from. He took the time to sit down with us and go over every detail, as well as help us design the type of fence that we wanted, all while working within our budget. We decided to go with a little over 200 feet of 4 foot vinyl picket. The crew showed up exactly when they said they would and exceeded our expectations with the finished product. I would absolutely recommend them to anybody looking for a fencing project. Where I was most impressed with them was after the fence was competed. There were a few small issues that came up after the fence was installed and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed and we were completely satisfied. To me that really showed what kind of company they are and how much they really do value their customers.

Overall the experience was fairly good. Fence looks great. Overall price was good, installation promptness and follow up were good as well. Experience and customer service from you was also very good as well. Financing program was also easy and painless. However, there were a few things that I was not completely satisfied with. One being minor was that one of my gate posts tops appeared to be damaged and chipped off at the inside top corner (small), not a big deal but still worrisome. The more important issue that I was not pleased with was the care that the installers demonstrated on my lawn that was not directly near the fence line. The crew absolutely destroyed my lawn with the use of the fence tractor/bob cat equipment, i understand they were there to install a fence and not care for a lawn, but more care should have been demonstrated on the bobcat in order to move and relocate fence materials to there needed spots. The ground was soft which i understand, and the sporadic tracks all over the property were just numerous and deep in destruction. I was out there on the lawn trying to smash down and fill in the tracks with boards to try and fix the damage. I simply would have appreciated if the crew perhaps used boards over the lawn or even continued to use the same tractor path/tracks instead of choosing new paths back and forth all over the property. I understand that some lawn damage is to be expected but I was not present for the installation and was just shocked to see the condition of the yard when i arrived home later that evening.

I can’t thank Fence and Deck Connection enough for the outstanding workmanship and professionalism shown throughout every stage of the process. From the initial design and sales with Brian to the production and installation with Carl, TJ, and Jose everything was top notch. I visited the showroom twice (because my wife was concerned with our selections) and they were outstanding as well. I contacted five companies for estimates. I even called one of the big box stores, which showed up to take measurements but failed to provide an estimate. Fence and Deck’s price was not the lowest but it also was not the highest. They did however provide the most honest and comprehensive estimate and they demonstrated the expertise to provide a quality product. They take pride in their work. When the fabricator of our spiral staircase made a two inch mistake Fence and Deck could have easily installed a filler piece and I would not have known there was a problem. Instead they took it upon themselves to make the company send a longer rail so that the final product met Fence and Deck Connection’s standards. It took a little longer to finish but in the end it was perfect.

They did an excellent job and I was pleasantly surprised with how it turned out.

Very nicely done. My only quibble would be that they would call in the morning to say they were coming to measure or something, leaving me no time to come get the dogs out of the way before they got there. They needed to tell me the day before.

I just want to say again how please my husband and I am with the completed work as well as this whole experience with this company from start to finish. I have had lots of work done on both my homes; and I have never experienced such professionalism and courtesy throughout a company. Literally from the receptionist to each person I have come in contact with by telephone, e-mail, or in person has been a pleasure to work with. the crew that was sent to my home was no exception, they were very courteous and detailed. there was a lot of times I watched them without them knowing I was there and took notice as to how meticulous they were, every detail checked and double checked. There was a problem with one of the lights, but I was assured by the crew leader that he placed it on order and would replace it as soon as it became available. Other than that I have no complaints, only rave reviews. I do have one regret though, I really wish the company handled more than fences and decks, because they would definitely be my go to company for every home improvement project I had. I have also requested courtesy cards from them, because I would like to recommend their work to others. thank you so much

I cannot say enough about the professionalism and work from start to finish. Kevin gave us a fair and reasonable estimate in a prompt and timely fashion. Carl did a great job on the drawings and Tyler was fantastic. What most impressed me was the responsiveness of all involved and especially Tyler. I am in the service industry and I expect my staff to respond within hours to calls and emails and all from Connect Fence met this standard. The work was high quality, they kept the site clean, and they kept me apprised of the status of the project every step of the way.

I was prepared for them to back pedal on their warranty since it had been a while since the original installation, but I was pleasantly surprised. They were very pleasant to deal with and they came out and fixed/replaced some of the original fence posts and boards. They did have to schedule me around their current jobs, but i thought it was reasonable and very professionally handled. Kudos to Fence and Deck Connection. I'll probably replace my fence in the next few years and i will go ahead and reach out to them again. I was very happy with the original job and i'm very happy with their follow up 8 years later.

I've had an excellence experience with them. In a matter of fact I have the lined up for another job in a couple of weeks. The quality of work was outstanding and of course they have great reviews and I agree with all the reviews I've seen. The quality of the work that they did.

They were honest. I'd give them an "A" plus. They were pretty much competitive with everyone else.

I made about 5 calls to get someone to come out. I had already had a schematic drawn and the lady Pam, told me to email the schematic to Andrew because I didn't want to wait until late July which was the date she quoted me when I first called. I did so on 7/15. He then emailed me on 7/17 and said I had to call to make an appointment. When I called for the appointment today, I was told the earliest date was 8/1 (originally Pam said an earlier date). I was quite dismayed and asked to speak with the manager. I then spoke with Jeff Hagen who said that they would try to accommodate me and get me the earliest date. He then transferred me to a woman who said the earliest date was 8/2 (NOTE that I had been told 8/1 less than 1/2 hour before). I have a very bad taste in my mouth about this type of behavior. I would not recommend even calling them because you are probably wasting your time. I know that I wasted my time!

They take several weeks to get scheduled but well worth the wait. David came out to do our estimate and he walked us through the entire process. Very knowledgeable and very nice people

We had Fence & Deck Connection install fencing for us a few years before and had been very happy with the results. As a consequence, we naively believed all their installation crews would perform the same and didn't check their work until they had left. Major mistake. This installation crew did not haul away the dirt created by digging the post holes. Instead, they spread it around the back of our yard. They left dirt and debris around the posts. They also cut branches off our trees without asking permission and installed damaged pickets. A supervisor reviewed his crew's work, agreed it was bad,and took pictures. Later that day a manager called and apologized. He said he was sending the same crew back to fix all the problems. I wanted another crew, but he insisted on sending the same crew. When this crew arrived they asked us what they were supposed to do! Under our supervision, they cleaned up around the posts, and hauled away the dirt they had spread around. However, they did not replace the damaged pickets because they didn't have any. The supervisor had to come later to take care of that. Clearly, their sub par job performance had not been a teachable moment, and the limbs will always be missing from our trees.

Perfect! Communications, planning, drawings, permits, execution of build, clean-up, and follow up were flawless.

They were very punctual and helpful with different fence layouts - a smaller fenced area option and a larger fenced area option. We received quotes from 3 different companies and for the exact same fence (same brand, same size, etc), Fence and Deck Connection was $1,000 higher than another highly rated Angie's List provider. I inquired if they could match the price from the other provider and was told they would check with the sales manager, but I never heard anything back from them. We went with the other company and had the fence installed the first week in April 2016. I periodically get emails from Fence and Deck Connection, even within the last several months, asking the status of the fence project and if I am still interested - I had already told them several times the fence has already been installed.

I liked that they were a solid company and they seemed very experience. The person I talked to was very knowledgeable. However, what I did not like is number 1 is that it took 3 weeks to turn around an estimate from the date he was at my house and I felt during the visit he was just going through a very glossy sales pitch versus like really trying to understand what my needs were, what my budget was, and really try to customize a solution for me. It was just like he had a glossy sales material and a routine. He really didn't seem to care as me as a customer really.

They were very punctual, had the best price and even offered interest free financing. It was a two day job and they were even kind enough to put up a temporary barrier so our dogs could go outside overnight. The best part of their customer service was when my dogs figured out how to open the latch they had chosen to use on the front gate about three months after install, and they came and replaced the gate latch for no charge with a latch that the dogs wouldn't be able to open. This shows their diligence and commitment to their satisfaction guarantee. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a friend or use them again.

Very well. We chose quality materials, the installation was performed very carefully, and the results look wonderful!

Staff helped me select colors and materials, handled permits and inspections, and installation went very smoothly - on time with professional crew. Quality control was very good; senior staff visited after install to inspect themselves and to ensure I was satisfied. When I pointed out two small issues, the problems were promptly fixed. I probably will hire this same firm to install fencing this coming year.

Everything was great other than the price. The price was a little higher than what it should have been.

Workers did a fantastic job!! Very professional and polite. The work area was cleared up of all debris. They get an A++ rating.

Antonio & his team were excellent- Punctual, polite, and professional. They went over every detail to make sure they had everything correct. It was an extremely cold and windy day and they worked all day with no complaints. I am very pleased with my new fence.
