The crew (three men) arrived on the morning scheduled and started work immediately. They were very pleasant and professional. From our perspective they had a very high work ethic. They paid a great deal effort to be sure everything was done properly. They worked a full day (9-5) with very little time for lunch. It was obvious to us they had worked well together for some time. The work site was always cleaned up before they went home. The total job was completed in two and a half days. Over all we are very pleased with the workmanship – we are very happy with our fence. The only down side of our experience was the permit process. Because we live within 1000 feet of the water it required much more time to move our permit through the county bureaucracy, even though we were replacing an existing fence. Thank you Fence Connection.

The job worked out great. We chose this company because they were local. We contacted a couple of companies, and they were able to do the work soonest. I would definitely recommend contacting them.

Overall, the experience was positive. The quality of the fence is very nice, and it was installed well (sturdy, posts in ground nicely, etc). They capped all the posts, and stapled the wire to the ground so the dog could not go under it. Initially the foreman made a couple errors, because he didn't see where the salesman had placed the stakes, but when we pointed it out, they were quick to fix them, which I think is very positive. We did not get a lot of competitive quotes, so I am not sure just how good the price was, but we were able to get the work done fairly quickly (within about 3-4 weeks or so), in the middle of the busy summer season, so it worked for us. I put professionalism as good, rather than excellent, just because it seemed like the foreman and another worker spent a whole lot of time just chatting or on their phones. Having said that, the rest of the crew worked super hard, and I thought they got the job done very quickly, so I have no complaints.

We were very happy with them. They did an amazing job and they were extremely neat. They cleaned up after themselves everyday. We love our porch. They came out and fixed it, when we had a problem.

I WAS HAVING NEW SIDING INSTALLED DURING THE SAME TIME (UNICORP) AND DAN CAME OUT TO GIVE ME ESTIMATE AND SAID HE WOULD COORDINATE WITH THEM SO THAT WE WOULD BE WITHOUT OUR DECK FOR A MINIMAL TIME. THEIR CREW CAME OUT AS SCHEDULED ON A FRIDAYTO REMOVE THE EXISTING DECK AND WERE DONE IN A FEW HOURS. CARL CALLED ME ON WEDNESDAY AND TOLD ME UNICORP CALLED HIM TO START THE JOB. THEY CAME OUT ON THURSDAY MORNING AND HAD THE JOB COMPLETED AT 6:00PM THAT EVENING. I CANT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE WORKERS, IT WAS THE HOTTEST DAY OF THE YEAR 103 WITH HIGH HUMIDITY AND THESE MEN WORKED NON-STOP. IF I WAS GOING TO START A DECK COMPANY I WOULD TRY TO STEAL THESE EMPLOYEES. OVERAL THE WORKMANSHIP IS PERFECT AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS COMPANY.

Excellent work. They even made a mistake of deck too high, they corrected it no cost to me when I pointed it out. Get service calls for no charge so far.

When I made the initial contact, they called me back right away, and set up an appointment promptly to have somebody come over and look at the site and make an estimate. That was done in an informative way without any pressure for the sale. I called several times to make modifications to the estimate and they did that right away. I finally decided to go with them and they gave me a construction date. The only downside was that they said it would take 4-5 weeks, and it was made in just over 5 weeks. It was a long wait, but when they did it, they did the job well. So far I’ve just needed to call them once, to make an adjustment to the gate, and they made that right away.

The company was professional throughout. I got a written estimate, contract to sign, drawing of the design for approval, walk-through at the completion of the job and a meeting on the warranty. I had gotten a less expensive estimate from another contractor, but I firmly believed that this company would be more professional and thorough. I was not disappointed!

A class act from start to finish. The sales rep. (Kyle Johnson) showed up at the date and time agreed upon. We discussed the kind of fencing required and he made several suggestions to improve the look of the project. Then the company's VP (Ben Wolod) followed up by coming out and accurately marking the project. Finally, the installer (Travis) spent 2 full days professionally installing the fencing, including a 12 foot drive through gate.

They were really good to work with. The foreman was out everyday to check their work. They came to give us an estimate and were very prepared.

Overall good experience. We had issues with our HOA and they honored our contract a year later. Did an excellent job following the contour of the yard. Dug the post holes by hand. Had some issues with the gates and they came back fixed them no questions asked. The fence looks great!!

MY FAMILY LOVES OUR NEW SCREENED IN PORCH AND DECK USING GEODECK DECKING. THE CREW THAT CAME TO DO THE WORK ARE ARTISTS - THEY BUILT THE ROOM AND DECK FROM STICK, NO PRE-FAB STUFF HERE. THEY INTEGRATED THE NEW ROOM IN WITH EXISTING FRAMING OF AN OLD DECK TO MAKE EVERYTHING LOOK AWESOME! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

THEY HAD A HARD TIME GETTING THE PORCH THE WAY THAT I WANTED IT. THERE WERE QUITE A FEW PROBLEMS THAT NEEDED FIXED. BUT EVENTUALLY THE PORCH WAS FINISHED AND WE ARE ENJOYING OUR NEW SCREEN PORCH.

THIS COMPANY IS VERY LOUSY. THEY HALF WAY INSTALLED THE SUN ROOM SO I HAD TO CALL ANOTHER COMPANY TO DO THE REST, WHICH I ALREADY PAID THIS COMPANY TO COME OUT AND DO. WHEN I CALLED WITH A PROBLEM THE COMPANY WAS NOT RESPONSIVE TO MY NEEDS.

WE WEREN'T HAPPY WITH THE FIRST WORK CREW; MANY OF THE WORKERS SMOKED IN OUR HOME AND WERE VERY MESSY, WHEN WE EXPRESSED THIS DISPLEASURE THE COMPANY SENT A NEW CREW OUT THE NEXT DAY. THEY DID A GREAT JOB ON EVERYTHING AND WHEN WE ASKED FOR SOME MINOR CHANGES, NO PROBLEM.
