They have made damage my property. Markings on the property and had shingle remove and debris. They put a plywood cover southside of my property but still they have markings and the contractor said he can't remove the plywood. They damage my vegetations on the backyard and they are starting to create mud hole. They also came to my property and wash a rug to try and remove the markings on my walls. For all the technicalities they damage my sidings where the plywood against my property..

On time, Worked until I was satisfied with result. Recommend and will use again. REASONABLE prices and well written estimates. NO BS!

Empire Builders was both able to reply quickly which was what we wanted and they got the full gamut of services available. They came in and the owner of the company, Larry was really good. He's very understanding. He got exactly what we wanted right away. He put together exactly the right team to deal with everything. What we loved about them was that they were very truthful. Once they set an appointment, they keep it. The people showed up and did their jobs from 8 until 5. A couple of their team members would stay late to finish something up. They didn't leave us hanging with something. They were on time. They brought in very reasonably-priced materials. They allowed us to go and check out the materials that we wanted and make our selections. They always picked them up for us. We didn't have to do anything beyond the window shopping part. They were very efficient. They have a good system for payments. We paid a certain percentage upfront and we paid them once we were satisfied with the job at the end. They were happy with us and we were happy with them. We do intend to call them back if we need anything done like additional stuff in the house every now and then. We've recommended them to other people. The cost including the wood steps, the bannister and the landing would be around $2000. It would include the permits and inspection. They're very responsive.

He’s always prompt and he comes when he says he will. He’s willing to work with me on things and the quality of work is excellent.

Scheduling the start of work was a little up in the air, but we didn't press for a specific date or have a deadline that had to be met, so that wasn't a big deal. Besides, late July / early August was really hot and dry - I couldn't blame anyone for not wanting to rush to start a job on the south side of a building. Once they started, though, the work was done quickly, professionally, and thoroughly. All old material was removed, sheathing inspected and repaired where necessary, vapor barrier applied, new material prepped and installed, and the whole project painted with two coats of quality paint. Work was completed in one day, and cleanup was thorough. No complaints.

They are on schedule to do some more siding work for us again. They have absolutely wonderful service. They actually submitted us a bill once the work was done. They simply called and asked if we were satisfied and then sent us the bill. It was just amazing. They did my son’s house which we own and I think if we need anything done on ours, we’re going to use them.

Everything went smooth from start to finish. Supervisor was on-site every morning to get things going and kept in contact with me each evening. Workers were courteous and kept my home in tip top shape during the construction process. Job site was cleaned daily and debris was never an issue. I was consulted on all phases of work and things were done to my specifications. These guys are great. They were on-site promptly to provide an estimate and were ready to proceed with construction as soon as I gave them the go ahead.

THIS COMPANY MET OUR EXPECTATIONS. THEY CAME FAIRLY QUICKLY AFTER WE CALLED. WE DIDN'T COMPARE THE PRICE WITH ANY OTHER COMPANY. HOWEVER, THE PRICE WAS AVERAGE.

I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A CLASS ACT. THE WORK WAS FINISHED IN THE ESTIMATED TIMEFRAME, THE CONSTRUCTION CREW WAS VERY EFFICIENT, CLEANING UP AS THEY WENT.
