Mixed results: the electricians (team of two) showed up on time (Noon to 4, arrived at 3:30) and found and fixed the problem with the electrical outlet promptly. However, when the ceiling fan and light still did not work, they were stumped. They called a supervisor who did not take their calls after an odd yelling match, told me I'd get a follow up call to finish the work the next day, and left, clearly more concerned about driving home in the snow and getting home in time than finishing the job. I was left with cleaning up behind them. I needed to call Electracon three separate times before the supervisor came out to complete the job, fully a week later. However, I was not charged at all for the second visit, the cleanup was minor, and the circuit did work fine when the crew left. Supervisor grumped about the crew: there seems to be an interpersonal issue with the crew and supervisor that was unprofessional to bring before the customer.
Description of Work: One circuit in the house suddenly decided not to work (and no, the circuit breaker did not trip). Electricians found a loose connection in a wall outlet and repaired it. A light and ceiling fan unit on the same circuit still did not work and the electricians sent out were stumped. A supervisor came out at a later date and found and fixed the loose connection in the junction box for the ceiling fan.

Chuck and Fred, the assistant, were punctual, professional, informative, and very courteous. They performed their jobs meticulously.
Description of Work: The down-shaft of a fifteen foot high living room ceiling fan was replaced with a longer one to improve the overall appearance of our living room. Also, 4 batteries were replaced in hard-wired smoke detectors, one of which was 20 feet high.
