Description of Work: We'd been invaded by tiny black ants in the kitchen and outside on the back patio. Terry arrived on time and inspected the yard and house. He sprayed the yard and left bait in the kitchen. Everything was done quickly and explained fully. We have not had any ants since the treatment was done. As we didn't get estimates from other providers, we don't know whether the price was a good deal.

Description of Work: Have annual contract with this company to check for termites. First hired them in 2008 after seeing a swarm in the house. They installed baits and have come out to check on them since.

+ -1 moreTHEY COME OUT EVERY YEAR AND SPRAY FOR BUGS. WE NEVER HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM. THEY ARE EXCELLENT, ON TIME, ALWAYS EFFICIENT, FRIENDLY, CONFIDENT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.

+ -1 moreI WAS PRESENT FOR THE INSPECTION, WHICH WAS VERY DETAILED & THOROUGH. THEY LOOKED IN CRAWLSPACES & CRACKS IN THE CEMENT, AS WELL AS IN OUR SHED FOR INFESTATION. HE RECOMMENDED CERTAIN GARDENING MULCHES THAT TERMITES DO NOT EAT. THE INSPECTOR WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL & TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN COMMON PROBLEMS TO ME.
Description of Work: PEST INSPECTION WAS PERFORMED PRIOR TO SETTLING ON THIS HOUSE, PER OUR REAL ESTATE CONTRACT. WE WERE MOSTLY CONCERNED ABOUT TERMITES.
