Overall, the experience has been very good. When they make an appointment, they’re always on time, and are very professional about their job. They give you a written report on what they’ve done. We’ve used their services for more than 10 years. They’ve been excellent to work with, which is why we continue to use them.

They did a very good job of getting rid of them. It was one treatment. They came when they said they were going to come. They were courteous and competent. I have no complaints.

The gentleman came in after spraying the outside foundation of the house. He then sprayed those sections of the floorboard that were available. He then applied gel behind the kitchen counter, and the dishwasher.

They were a good company. They came out and did the job. Overall I am pleased with this company.

My overall experience with them was fine, as we were able to get rid of the fleas after they came out for the second time. The price was a little more than what I thought it would be, but it wasn?t too bad either. I wasn?t able to compare the price to anything, as I hadn?t got such kind of work done before. However it was worth it, as we got rid of the fleas. The quality of their work was good. I would use them again in the future for pest control, but I hope that I don?t have the problem again.

We used this company in another house we lived in and called them again, because we really liked the job they did at the other house. Rob, the technician that came to our other house, also did our current home. He was very thorough, very professional, answered any questions and also would keep us updated on his progress throughout the process. The treatment takes about 5 hours to complete. The warranty is for one year from date of service. After that you can choose to extend it year to year for 130 dollars per year. They send you a notice before the first year warranty runs out and it is your decision to renew each year or not.

The estimate was provided within 48 hours of our call and service was scheduled for three days after the estimate. The serviceman was on time and worked quickly and efficiently spraying the yard within 12 feet of the exterior walls and all interior rooms. We had to cut an opening into the empty area underneath the entry steps (split level home) so he could spray there. (The estimater had recommended this.) The product was colorless and odorless as promised. It did not seem to bother our indoor cat who stayed well away from the serviceman. After the spraying, we saw ants in the living room for a day and then they disappeared. Three or four days later, more ants appeared in the living room and we ignored them thinking they were the last remnants of a dying colony. Four or five days later, we again saw ants in the living room and called for another service under the 30 day guarantee. This service was completed promptly at no charge. We are waiting to see what happens next.

We initially contacted this company for two reasons. First, we had a bug emergency. They responded very quickly, explained everything they would do, and did all work they said they would. Our problem was solved and I couldn't have been more pleased. So much so that we now receive quarterly service. The second reason we contacted them was after receiving the worst possible service ever from another company. Not sure if I can say the name so I will not. We highly recommend this company. The cost is in line with competing companies. They are reliable, prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous.

The gentleman arrived on time to initially provide an estimate of how much the work for cost. Once an amount was arrived at an appointment was set up (within a week) and he came back to my house to complete the work which consisted of spraying the outside of my home for ants, going under the crawl space of the house and spraying for camel back crickets. He placed approximately a dozen bait traps for mice in the craw space. He also came into the house and place four additional mice traps inside the house. He was extremely professional and so far so good;no more ants and no more mice in the house.

Not one ant appeared this spring in a town house where we are often overrun by the buggers! The service rep on the phone was very professional and answered all of my questions. The man they sent out was also very professional and explained what he would be doing, did so in a timely manner and billed at the lower end of the estimate provided to me.

THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS WHEN I CALLED & EXPLAINED THE SITUATION. THEY CAME OUT & TOLD ME EVERYTHING I NEEDED TO DO TO KEEP THE BUGS AWAY & EVEN TOLD ME TO CALL THEM IF I NEED SOMETHING. THEY ARE VERY NICE PEOPLE.

I FEEL THIS IS AN ALRIGHT COMPANY. THEY ONLY COME OUT ONCE A YEAR. SO THE WORK IS WONDERFUL WHEN NEEDED. IF I HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS, THEY LET ME KNOW IMMEDIATELY. KEEP THE INSECTS AWAY.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY A FEW TIMES. THEY HAVE ALWAYS COME TO MY AID. THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE, THEY DO GET THE JOB DONE, AND I HAVE NEVER HAD A COMPLAINT.

THEY ARE THOROUGH AND DO A GOOD JOB. THIS IS A YEARLY SERVICE, THEY CALL, YOU CHOOSE THREE DAYS AND TIMES THAT YOU ARE AVAILABLE, AND THEY MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO ACCOMMODATE THOSE TIMES. I REALLY CANNOT SAY MORE ABOUT THIS COMPANY AS THERE IS VERY LITTLE COMPANY.

I THINK THE WORLD OF THIS COMPANY. ANY TIME I NEED THEM, AND THAT IS ALL THE TIME, THEY ARE ALWAYS WILLING TO COME. WE HAVE HAD A CONTRACT WITH THEM FOR OVER FIVE YEARS.

I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE. I HAVE SOME QUESTIONS ON THE TYPE OF CHEMICALS THEY ARE USING. I DON'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE COMPANY. I HAVE CONCERNS ABOUT HOW SAFE THE CHEMICALS ARE.

I WOULD SAY, THIS IS A VERY DEPENDABLE & FRIENDLY COMPANY TO USE. THEY SHOW UP WHEN NEEDED & WHEN EXPECTED. THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE TO ME & OTHERS. I WAS PLEASED WITH THEM KEEPING THE INSECTS AWAY.

THE COMPANY HAS A GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY COME TO MY HOME AND SPRAY FOR BUGS AND THEY CHECK FOR BUG NESTS. I HAVE NO MORE BUGS AND I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE COMPANY'S WORK

WELL, THEY COME OUT ONCE A YEAR AND WE'VE PRETTY MUCH NOT NEEDED ANY ADDITIONAL WORK. THEY DO A REALLY GOOD JOB, AND JUST THE ONCE A YEAR SERVICE IS ALL WE NEED AND WE'RE BUG FREE FOR THE REST OF THE YEAR.

THIS A FAIR COMPANY TO USE. THEY DO A GOOD AND PROFESSIONAL JOB. WHEN THEY COME OUT THEY SEE IF THERE ARE ANY QUESTIONS BEFORE THEY BEGIN. BUT, THE JOB IS STILL NOT COMPLETE.

THEY ARE GREAT AND PROFESSIONAL. THERE'S NO BUGS AROUND MY YARD AND THAT IS GREAT. THAT IS WHAT I PAY THEM FOR. THEY ARE A VERY PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND HAVE REALLY HELPED ELIMINATE THE BUGS IN AND AROUND THE HOUSE. THE WORKERS WERE QUITE POLITE AND THIS IS A VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY.
