He was responsive and professional.

It was great. She was the FIRST designer I talked to that really listened to me rather than tell me what I should or shouldn't do. She was able to think outside the box and had ideas no one else had thought of. She was not affiliated with a store so there was no steering me towards their products. She gave us advice freely, gave us options and made it fun. She came in person whenever contractors or delivery men came to make sure things would be done as specified. I would not hesitate to use her again or recommend her. Above all she was always professional, prepared and available.

Teresa Buchanan has dispelled all of our preconceived ideas of what an interior designer can do, or that interior design services are reserved for the rich. She has saved us many precious hours in legwork, has been totally tuned in and respectful of our taste and budget, and has actually saved us money in the long run. Her design fees are reasonable and she is a total professional and ASID qualified. We have done most of the installation of elements purchased through Designline ourselves, and she has been flexible and willing to work with us on everything we ve asked her to do. Teresa has a wonderful eye for design and great ideas, but is also very grounded in practical aspects needed for a living environment. We plan to continue to use her talents and resources for a long time to come.
