Description of Work: I used Darnell's Contracting Co. & Bobcat Service couple of years ago in summer for landscaping work.

Description of Work: They did excavation for our foundation. They got brick work in for the foundation, backfilled, poured concrete. They're going to come back and put some soil down around the house. They've done quite a bit. The job is ongoing now.

Description of Work: Contracted to rebuild outside basement stairwell wall.

Description of Work: We had a big job to do which included, taking down a large deck that had surrounded an above ground pool, bringing in fill dirt and grading the entire area, leveling a section with stone where a shed will be built in the future, and putting down sod. I contacted Darnell on a rainy Saturday and he came out that afternoon to look at the site and take measurements. By Monday morning I had a quote. Darnell came by that same afternoon and brought with him a custom deck designer to use some of the existing deck rails to close off a portion of the pool deck we had decided to keep. The work was done that day and looked amazing. Over the next two weeks, Darnell had the rest of the deck taken down and hauled away, brought in a truck load of fill dirt, stone, and sod, and transformed our backyard into a beautiful green space. I was very nervous having a bobcat in the back yard, as the area that needed the work was sandwiched between our fence, a mulched play area, a deck, and retaining wall. Darnell was amazing and precise with his work on the bobcat. The tracks from the bobcat were filled with top soil and seeded, then covered. My expectations were totally exceeded! A week after the job was completed, Darnell stopped by to inspect the sod and found one area had eroded a little after a day of huge rain showers. He had the area repaired quickly. I was not expecting that kind of follow up. Darnell and all the men that worked for him were very polite and respectful. They did a great job with every aspect of this project. I would highly recommend Darnell to anyone.

Description of Work: 24x24 concrete slab for pole barn.

Description of Work: Darnell cleared/cut some brush, tore down a wood shed, and leveled an area for a playset.

Description of Work: Darnall"s Company is a small and very capapable out fit with over 30 years experience in excavating and grading in all types of situations and materials. Dug footers for a construction project for me as well as regrading and trenching to address drainage problems. Transplanted large bushes very carefully and experienced no die back even in hot summer weather. Has excellent equipment and is very careful not to harm surrounding areas that are not part of the project. Exceptionally reliable and very well priced and goes over and above to please all customer needs. Employs other contractors where/when needed and these proved to be excellent also as Darnall does not tolerate inferior work from others and will employ that type of outfit. I have used his services many times and the work has been on time, correct and very well priced every time. An excellent business!!
