+ -1 moreThe technician that I met with was nice and seemed professional. However, two weeks went by after I was told that I would receive an estimate "within the next couple of days", but I never that received one. I called his office and I was told that he was sick, but that does not excuse the following week. In addition, I sent the manager an email stating that clearly they did not want to do business with me, because I never received an estimate, and he never responded either.
Description of Work: I needed to have some electrical work done.
