Matt was great - neat, clean and very knowledgeable. We scheduled 3 days for him to do the work and he finished in a day and a half. Good communicator. He was pleasant to have around but 100% focused and very professional. Hope to have him back for future work.

Electrician was very vague in estimate description as to cause of issue and how to fix. Invoice description did not specify specifically what was wrong, what needed repairs and what was replaced once repaired.

Jeffrey did an outstanding job for me. Very affable and professional. He explained all his findings and the work he performed in great detail. Management was equally professional and promptly responded to my inquiries, answering all my questions.

The installation was done correctly and efficiently. Customer service was excellent.

I found this company just by using the Internet, but was highly satisfied. From the first person who answered the telephone to the final inspector who came everything was wonderful and everyone couldn’t have been nicer. Ethan came out Tuesday night on an emergency call and identified some serious problems that were dangerous. So for the next two days, Shannon and Terry came and worked very hard to correct everything. They installed all new switches in the kitchen and changed out and old fuse box to have a circuit board for the whole house. They were respectful and professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. They were very concerned with our comfort and provided a generator so that we could still use the television and other devices while they were working. And then finally, Derek was the last person who came to inspect and he spent some time fully explaining to me what would happen with inspections and Pepco. I highly recommend this company!

Zack did a great job advising us of our options, and then to install a new kitchen light we provided and new smoke alarms. Zack did extra work to center the light as the existing mount would not have accommodated that. He reviewed all the work with me to insure I would understand the functions; I was most satisfied with the job. I would recommend Zack to anyone needing quality electrical work done.
