The organization itself is clearly very well organized, and efficient. The electrician was very friendly, thorough, and a very skilled electrician.

Also got electric vehicle charging cable install , new generator transfer switch, and new surge protection and grounding. Three full days of upgrades.

Chesapeake Electric always gets the job done right. They explain what they need to do in detail. They are by far not the cheapest but they are polite, on time, clean and professional and you can count on their work being done right.

Great communication. Fast on time and polite service. I think they fixed my electrc problem but I won't know for certain until a month pases and the problem doesn't reoccur. I had a similar problem with a different outlet a year ago and a small local electrician charged $400.00 I thought a big company that advertised like Chesapeake, would charge more like $600.00 which would be worth the very fast service and good communication but they charged $900.00 which was much more than I expected.

The technician was punctual, experienced, and professional. He put his shoe covers on every time he came in the house. The work was done quickly and he cleaned up his mess. Other companies the employees left wires and bits around. Chesapeake Electric costs more but they come prepared and do the job quickly.

We had an outdoor outlet replaced so that it could properly hold the two heavy duty timers that we have Our technician was very knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions. The work was done to our satisfaction the same day

It was a bit pricey but the service was top notch. There was a little snafu with the scheduling but the team quickly made it right and had someone in my home in 30 minutes. I was replacing 5 standard switches with smart switches and the job was a bit tricky but the guys figured it out and got it done. Excellent job!

I highly recommend both Chesapeake Electric and in particular Jimmy Clarke! He took the time to make sure everything was done the way I wanted and thoroughly explained all the features of all the lights, switches, and receptacles he installed. His service exceeded all my expectations! He was also very courteous and respectful of my house and was patient with my dogs. I am very pleased with all the work Chesapeake Electric provided to me.
