BIG SCREEN STORE

I had purchased a TV at Best Buy with the promise that they would 'fit me in' for an expedited install. After days of calling and getting the run around, I grew frustrated and canceled the order ( a woman scorned!). I went into the Big Screen Store that happens to be in the same shopping center as BB and was pleasantly surprised to have someone actually provide service. I was able to purchase a similar TV for the BB price and they were able to install to meet my timeframe without question. The Install team was fantastic! Not only were they to install the purchased TV but two others in my new home. They both were very friendly and professional and went the extra mile ensure that everything was properly installed and provided a tutorial on the use of the new TV . Everything went off without a hitch - very pleased!

My husband and I shopped around extensively when purchasing our first flat-screen television. Almost as an afterthought, we stopped in at The Big Screen Store in Annapolis, MD, since it was in the same shopping center as another large electronics/home entertainment chain store. We assumed they would not be able to match price or selection with the "Big Guy" stores, since they are a regional business. We could not have been more pleasantly surprised! From the moment we entered the strore, we were treated as valued customers and our sales person, David Bereston, was extremely knowledgable concerning all of the technical aspects of their merchandise, which was extensive, as well as obviously seeking to provide us with excellent customer service. We were provided a four-year additional service warranty at no charge and the delivery charge to our home, some distance from the store, was reasonable. The television was delivered the very next day. We were installing it ourselves and upon doing so, discovered that there was a defect in the wall-mount bracket assembly provided with the television. We contacted Mr. Berenson on a Saturday and expected that we'd have to wait until the following week to get this problem resolved and would have to return to the store to exchange the defective parts. To our surprise and pleased amazement, he said he would send another store employee out that very day to pick up the television we had and exchange it with another identical television. Within a few hours, we had the televisions switched out and the new flat-screen television on the wall and running. The Super Bowl was on the following day, so my husband was a very happy man! We would definitely do business with The Big Screen Store again. Their prices are very competitive and their excellent customer service is exemplary.
