Had a good meeting at my home with one of their staff - my yard is small. Engineer said he'd have a draft design in a week. Week goes by and no word - maybe he's really busy. Another week goes by, nothing. At the end of another week, I call them and receptionist says he'll return my call - he doesn't. Call again, told he's on the phone and will call as soon as he gets off the phone, must have been a long call as he doesn't call. I go into their offices, he says he was just about to get back to me - sure. A week later I get a proposal to do a design/survey - about $3k for design for a 50x100 foot yard. A month of waiting with no calls, no returned calls - F.

We tried to hire Bay Engineering to do a site plan for a septic tank replacement. Tim Martin (I believe the firm's president) was initially responsive and asked for a ton of information before even being able to provide a ball-park quote. After supplying all of the requested info and contacting them many times for an update, I received a phone call from another employee asking for even more info. I sent it to him within minutes and heard nothing for over nearly two weeks. Mr. Martin then e-mailled to say that the other fellow was on vacation and ask whether he sent us a proposal, which he had not. I replied within minutes of receipt of this message ( a week ago) and have heard nothing.
