It turned out to be much more difficult than anticipated. We wanted the door keey to match the ignition key. The technician had to take the ignition cylinder with him to the shop. It ended up taking a couple of days to repair it. They stuck with their original price for labor. I do think they did their best but now we've having issues with the car not starting that appear to be related to the ignition - not saying it's their fault - just wondering.
