Apter Remodeling Craftsman

We've used Apter Remodeling several times over the last 15 years and have always been very pleased with their work. Projects have included a two-story addition, kitchen and main floor remodel, and most recently, two bathroom updates. We will definitely use them again.

About 10 years ago, when we wanted to finish approx. 800 sq.ft. of our then- unfinished basement in our Davidsonville home, we were referred to Andy by some friends for whom he’d finished their entire basement and done a magnificent job. When our job was completed, we were so pleased with his professionalism, the way he kept the work site clean at the end of each day and the finished craftsmanship, that he was the first one we called when we bought a 30 yr. old home in Annapolis a few months ago, for which we wanted the kitchen and two baths gutted and remodeled and the center living space opened up. We were on a very tight timeline as we were leasing another home and did not want to extend that lease, but the house we had purchased was too small for the three of us, the dog and all of our furniture, boxes, etc., to move into until the renovations were completely done. Andy kept the job moving and completed the entire project right on time and with beautiful results. He kept in constant contact with me and responded immediately to my texts, answering questions and giving/receiving input. He came up with some great ideas at the first site visit and continued to offer great ideas throughout the process; some we were able to have him accomplish and some we were not, but it was never awkward working with him or discussing what we liked or did not like or could or could not afford to do at the time. In short, it was a pleasure working with Andy and his team, we can highly recommend Apter Remodeling / Craftsman and would definitely use their services again and refer Andy to our friends.

Everything went great. I have used them again for some other smaller projects. I have found them to be very reliable and very reasonably priced. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone.

HE IS AN INDEPENDENT LICENSED CONTRACTOR, AND ALWAYS DOES EXCELLENT WORK. I WAS HIGHLY IMPRESSED WITH THE JOBS HE DID FOR ME, AND THE BATHROOMS LOOK ABSOLUTELY GREAT. I WILL BE REFERRING HIM AS WELL.
